Wegen eines Todesfalls in der Familie konnten wir nicht anreisen. Das Talgut kam uns in keinster Weise entgegen. Geld wurde direkt abgebucht. Unser Vorschlag ob man alles zahlt und dafür einen Gutschein für ein paar wenige Tage in einer schlechten Nebensachen ( November) wenn das Haus eh nicht gebucht, ist bekommen könnte, wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Absolut schlechter Kundenservice. Grade in dieser schlimmen Situation. Zeigt die Ware Einstellung dieser Gastgeber.
