Our stay here wasn’t great. Staff were nice and helpful but the hotel is very tired and in need of refurb. Bed was comfortable enough and room was a good size but there were issues with cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean. Plug socket almost falling off the wall. Just shampoo provided, no shower gel. Handwash is attached to the wall by the sink so couldn’t even use that as a last resort. The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. I understand that you get what you pay for and I would not stay here again as it just doesn’t meet our standards.

This is not a place to enjoy a good nights sleep, when we arrived the room was not cleaned from the last people who stayed and i wont go into some of the things thrown around the room. we were offered coffee while waiting for the cleaners to eventually get to the room. The room was small and dark and smelled bad. Staff were nice and helpful. We had a meal that evening that had obviously been reheated and tasteless. The hotel itself needs a manager who knows what they are doing and a new chef likewise. I think i remember this place as Days hotel and if so still has a lot of the old traits it used to have. Will not be returning.

From the initial check in, to the restaraunt and breakfast, every staff member I met was friendly and professional. The room was spotless, warm, comfortable and quiet. Overall I was very happy and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Tullamore. Also, the bar food was really good.

Very impressed with this hotel. This was really good value for money,a very clean hotel with large spotless rooms . Great location and close to everything Tullamore has to offer. The breakfast choice was excellent and with very good portions.The staff were very friendly and there was a very warm atmosphere in this value for money hotel.

Only had bar food on Sunday afternoon. The friendly bar man greeted us and an asset to your business. The food was so nice tasty and plentiful and very good value for money. Only saw the bar decor and that was really nice, fresh, relaxing. Well done to management here for running a good show here. Noticed the afternoon tea menu and again good value. Will def call again.
