Reservation was made very easy by the staff. Check in with Laura was very good, Laura was very helpful and friendly. The AGM Dinner went like clock work with Alana and her great Team, great credit to the Kitchen Staff. The Bedroom was very well laid out and comfortable. Louise in The Spa was fantastic, the treatment I received was first class, Louise was friendly and Professional. I hope to be back very soon to The Spa & hotel.

We recently had a short stay at the Bridge House Hotel for an Autumn break. It was very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms lovely and comfortable. We had dinner on one of the nights, it was a really delicious meal. We would definitely stay again.

Good bar food
Hotel is a little dated but not a bad option. Staff were really nice generally and the bar food was really good. There's a really strange smell of some cleaning product throughout the hotel - I know that may sound weird but it was really off putting. The place was clean though!

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were lovely. Room comfortable and clean. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel.
We have always loved this hotel even though it is in the centre of small town.The entrance foyer is so welcoming lots of little places to sit. The staff are very helpful and friendly.Good breakfast. We ate in the hotel bar but there are other eateries in walking distance of the hotel.

Quick 2 night visit
The check was the quickest i have ever seen. Room was spacious and clean. Great showe. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall i was very impressed with the hotel and forward to returning

Good rooms, sad breakfast
The hotel car park is a short walk from the hotel itself - not a big deal but worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of bags or kids or limited mobility. Rooms are well set up, small but have everything you need. Breakfast is disappointing - undercooked food, tired buffet, and they don't let you help yourself to the cooked breakfast buffet so you're at the mercy of the staff's ideas. I ended up with an unwanted lake of beans.
