Great stay at there of February. Lovely too. and wonderful conference facilities. Food was top notch and staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back for another visit / event.

Third time in this hotel and it’s like home from home it’s so warm and comfortable, the staff always so friendly and do as much as they can to help . Breakfast great and always is nice and hot only thing that would be nice a self serve hot breakfast but that’s just a small thing , there’s always plenty of choice and there’s nothing more you can ask for .Rooms always comfy everything is there tht you need lots of tea and coffee never need to ask for more and the rooms are tended to everyday if needed. The only moan I have which we v never had before is the water pressure in the bathroom ….sink /toilet was pretty poor but thts not a massive thing. The location of this hotel is perfect and would 100% recommend it.

The night porter on duty tonight (25/2/25) in the hotel bar could not have been more rude or unhelpful. We were a small group attending a family function. We were not troublesome or rude but this “gent” could not have been more bad humoured. Really disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff, check in took no more than 2 mins. Beds very comfortable and rooms spotless. Fantastic breakfast. Perfect location in the very centre of Tullamore. Convenient and free parking beside the hotel. Overall 10/10.

The staff are lovely in the Bridge house Hotels pity about our room . The Room was a suite which I payed extra for, it was very shabby and old fashioned with dirty carpet . The hot tap wasn’t working . We did call down and got moved to another room no problem but our jacuzzi bath was broken in that room . I did say to the receptionist but she just took note . I wouldn’t book a suite again as I have stayed many times and had much nicer room. The suite’s definitely need upgrading.

the hotel looks very nice online but in reality it is worn and run down. The restaurant that is attached is the same. There was no ramp to the hotel entrance, lots of steps and no one there to help with bags. It was not a welcoming hotel at all. I would not recommend at all.

Booked for an overnight stay beingbthe carer for my elderly parents requested quiet room On check in at 3.15 this request was noted by receptionist said same room off available and she would phone me when it was Received phone call after 4 room lovely no food served after 9.15 kitchen closed watched golf thanks for leaving on with local boy Shane Lowry playing Musician good Went to bed 11.15 fell asleep awoken 12.45 by loud music thought it car in car park Called night porter told me initially room didn't exist and he had been up I requested he call again window slightly open which he closed still noisy Continued till 1.30am I didn't get back to sleep til 4am up and 7 for breakfast very good cooked to order and back to bed At check in reported matter to young duty manager and played him recording it transpired disco in bar He agreed noise was at a high level just said SORRY ABOUT THAT Off to drive to Dublin to resume 😴 sleep
