3-Star Hotels in Oeiras

Remember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel.   The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi.   The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests.   Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done.    Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way.   Every unit has a built-in air conditioner.   Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet.   Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen.   All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans.  Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that.   The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful.     So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.

Room is good, breakfast is okay, nice area and service was really good thanks to Frederico and Marco for always being there and very helpful. The area is next to a really great park and if you work through you'll will find the Oeiras shopping mall. Lots of shops and eating opportunities

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The front desk helped me wrap the broken suitcase with tape and checked it back to China safely. The front desk also provided band-aids for the broken hand. The daily breakfast was great.

And 2 separate rooms on the top floor: a single room, and a double room, both sharing a bathroom. The ground floor is a full apartment experience with a living room and an open kitchen, and the rooms upstairs are just independent units with lots of charm, and the possibility to enjoy the balcony and the view.All sections share the front entrance of the apartment on the ground floor. Thus, guests always come in through the ground floor's living area but it creates very little nuisance and engages guests to interact. It never created any issue and makes the experience friendly.The entire facility is decorated with taste. The entire facility boasts stunning views of the beautiful Tagus River from a cozy balcony.Each top floor bedroom is a haven of comfort, decorated with taste, equipped with an office space and brand-new TV with Netflix included, and a balcony. Both offer a breathtaking sunrise view as it faces east, while the smaller room being perfect for students, teens or children.The ground floor bedroom has no TV but a high-end sound system, a great record collection and the possibility to connect your computer and project movies on a 2x3m gigantic screen. A true cinema experience.The whole place is just a stone throw from the vibrant heart of Lisbon. This is the perfect place to soak in the authentic Portuguese experience. And it is absolutely optimal to go to Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Caparica, Sesimbra, Setubal or Comporta!Finally, Lived for 12 years in Shanghai and I love to host Chinese guests.

I don’t usually write reviews but having come back from this holiday, I had to write this review. The hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have done a lot of travelling). Where do I even start… firstly, a few weeks before coming, I emailed and mentioned that we were coming for my mum’s milestone birthday and requested for help sorting out a cake etc. The hotel responded so quickly and organised everything for us from a cake, and candles and the drinks we got served for the day. During our stay, the staff and team went over and beyond expectations to make us feel so warmed and welcomed. A special thanks to Pedro, who shuttled my parents to the mall and came to pick them up and made sure they were fine while my sis and I went sightseeing that day. A special thanks to Junior for organising the cake etc for my mum. She felt so special and loved - we definitely would not have been able to make it happen without you and your team. It is the attention to detail, the bright warm smile (at what ever time and from ALL staff) and accommodating and assisting with our every need that elevates this hotel from a 4 star to a 7 star hotel. The hotel staff from the breakfast staff to the cleaners, 100% embody what hospitality, customer service and professionalism looks and feels like. Can’t wait to visit again!
