The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleeping area was separated from the living and kitchen area. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Located near the University that has an amazing Stonehenge replica on property. The one caveat about the room is the tub/shower combo. There are no grips on tub surface and no bath mat. Upon entering tub/shower, I slipped and injured my leg resulting in a giant hematoma, golf ball sized. Reported this to front desk, showing him the injury on my leg. He said there was nothing he could do and management would be in touch. We checked out. Never received a call. After a week of many unanswered calls, we finally did get a hold of someone and the manager did return our call. She had not been informed of the incident and was apologetic. Issue was resolved. I would recommend if no mat is in bath, use a towel on the base of tub to prevent slipping. Also, there is a large mall type parking area and we were not informed there was a charge for parking. Presently it is $3.87.

The good: Comfortable and quiet. The bad: Bathtub dangerous. No grips in tub and no bath mat option. Stepped into tub and immediately slipped and fell injuring my leg. Reported this to front desk and was told management would be in touch. Even showed him injury. Picture included. Nothing! I have called. Nothing. Then the 3.70 additional for parking in a mall parking lot. When we questioned this, nothing. Talk to management. Again, nothing. My suggestion, place a bath towel in the tub before showering to prevent slipping injury. We have filed an injury report with Hilton.

A fairly nice place overall. The staff seemed friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There was a ceiling fan but it was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep with it on. Breakfast and coffee were about average. My only complaint is that the total we were charged was $3.70 more than the price on our reservation confirmation. The final bill calls it a Parking Recapture Fee. Based on the price I’d say Homewood Suites Odessa is a good value and we may stay there again if we are in town.

The staff was professional, welcoming, and nice. The room was very affordable. The room was very comfortable with lot more space than most. When we had a little issue with a dryer not drying clothes. The staff quikly offered ro dry the clothes for us. I hope people read this and give them their business. You won't regret it.

It is a pretty good hotel but there are some big negatives. There was something gross on the wall next to the bed. There is a parking recapture fee and it isn't some resort property. Also, be advised that hotels cater to industry workers and a subset of these workers are pretty rough. I was sitting in the lobby reading a sign that said "consuming alcoholic beverages on the property is a crime", while a group of three men were consuming bottle upon bottle of beer in the breakfast area and using lots of profanity. I guess the management was afraid to approach these men or else they didn't care. Breakfast was okay and area is fine.

This is the Best Premium Hotel in Odessa...I will continue to stay here, mainly due to the Staff and their excellent service. It is well maintained...Always very clean, the Staff goes above and beyond what is required!

This was a great stay, the electronic key worked great, saved me time! Bottled water was available to me, room was VERY clean and fresh and the breakfast was substancial! Coffee in the early morning was the only issue! Wasnt fresh and hot but was quickly recitified! GREAT STAY!!

The hotel was a good choice after a long day on the road. It was clean and we were in a suite with a full kitchen which we used to prepare dinner from food we got at a nearby HEB. The workout room was fabulous and I'd stay again just for it.
