I was looking forward to our stay! I've always enjoyed staying at the Marriot. Overall it was ok, but not excellent. The staff was friendly, clean hotel and rooms, comfy beds, and good location. I was disappointed that the bar was closed. I was looking forward to having a drink. Then, in the morning I was craving some eggs and we were told the grill was off. It was only 9am.. I had to settle for oatmeal. Lastly, the bathroom lights kept flickering and the tv screen would go dim all of a sudden. Good thing we were only there for one night! With so many hotel choices, I don’t know if I’ll stay at Marriot again!

Although the room was nice , let me tell you what they let a co worker do. My husband and one of his co workers made a trek from south texas to west Texas yesterday. Their boss made the reservation for them, the room was booked under my husbands name. They used HIS debit card for the security deposit. Then, his co worker got up this am, went downstairs, and checked them out. It WASNT in HIS name. How the heck is that even a thing? How did they let someone check out a room that wasn’t in THEIR name? So then, they were locked out of their room. And the co worker snagged the receipt. Talk about a mess. Needless to say, this will NEVER be a problem again. They won’t be staying there again…

Robin was outstanding A plus her hospitality was the best and a great smile even better. breakfast and coffee was good. The room was well kept and in order we enjoyed our stay. we’ll be coming back soon. I hope that the swimming pool will be open.

Hotel is clean. AC unit in the room was extremely noisy. Toilet makes an ongoing weird sound. Parking fee of $5.12 is beyond ridiculous. Would not stay here again mad there are plenty of choices in the area at similar prices. Did not sleep well with all the noise

Great place to stay It was a short trip down there for a funeral for a family member but everyone there was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and I like the fact that they gave plenty of pillows.
