2023 и 2024 год Немо был наш любимым местом отдыха. Мы с гордостью рекомендовали нашим знакомым этот оазис для релакса и отдыха , но в 2025 всё изменилось. Поменялось много персонала и закончилось лояльное отношение к постоянным клиентам , улыбки персонала, обслуживание на 5 звёзд. Что привело к этому неизвестно….. Приехавши в апреле 2025 года на день Рождения супруга, пришлось 3 раза обращаться в администрацию чтобы супруга поздравили , хотя все заранее было прописано и оговорено, но увы…. Много персонала поменяли и не осталось тех улыбчивых лиц которые действительно старались сделать всё возможное чтобы отдыхающие чувствовали себя в комфорте и 5* отеле. Сегодня пыталась забронировать два номера с просьбой чтобы по приезду утром, дали нам раньше 1 номер, объяснила что едем с именинницей-мамой, 70 лет, с другого города и нужно чтобы мама 20-30 минут после долгой дороги полежала-отдохнула, в ответ - не можем обещать. За 17 000 можем, а без них - нет. Но как же лояльность, как же уважение к возрасту??? Да, в этот раз мы не в президентский номер, а улучшеный стандарт с видом на море, да июнь месяц, но это Ваши постоянные клиенты, в будний день, не выходной, дать на 4 часа раньше номер, без оплаты в 17000 как предложили),можно любой категории, просто для отдыха пожилого человека , именинницы 70-летней, но всё же нет. 17000 оказались на весах важнее, чем постоянные клиенты и банальное уважение к людям. Очень жаль, что наше любимое НЕМО, стало еще одной болью в душе с таким своим отношением к постоянным гостям( 😢.

I stayed at Hotel Nemo during a business trip! To be honest, it's rare to feel at home in a hotel... But in this one, I truly did. Three days passed in an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere! A cozy room, very attentive, polite, and, most importantly, professional staff, delicious food, and a beautiful view. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure!

I had a wonderful stay at NEMO. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again! Excellent Experience! The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was always polite and ready to help. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Недавно останавливался в отеле Nemo и могу с уверенностью сказать: впечатления остались на годы вперед. Уже с порога почувствовал себя желанным гостем — персонал приветливый, улыбчивый, всегда готов помочь. Номер оказался просторным и уютным, с идеальной чистотой и продуманными деталями. мягчайшие халаты — казалось бы, мелочи, но именно они сделали пребывание еще приятнее.

Отвратный персонал с недовольным лицом начиная с ресепшена заканчивая рестораном !!! Вай фай не работает , кнопки вызова не работают, если кюаркод не открывает , значит меню нет !!! И официанты не считают должным приносить сдачу !!! Все это когда сезон закончился

Отличный отдых!! Супер!! Провели свой мини отпуск на высшем уровне, персонал просто на высшем уровне, номера просто супер идеальная чистота , вид изумительный красивый на море на территории чистые бассейны, отель 6 звезд можно поставить 👍 множеством развлечений на территории отеля , еда шикарная ,100% только к вам

Неоднократно приезжали отдыхать и отмечать день рождения - такого хамского отношения не ожидали - наглый и самоуверенный персонал ресторана - никому не рекомендую - куда смотрит руководство - Больше никогда не будем пользоваться этим комплексом,хотя само заведение мне очень нравиться с предоставлением услуг,но персонал ....

Здрасвуйте! напишу всю правду про отель со всех сторон. Люди которые отдыхали и знают 5* уровень и отдыхали все поймут. Есть проблема большая в наборе персонала ... в отеле 5* должна быть улыбка и вежливость от всего персонала , чего мы отдыхай начиная с ресепшена мало видели. Персонал сам по себе очень пафосный и лица как будто вы им должны , не все но было замечено, и это не приятно. Мы были с мужем и у нас двое детей и мы их водили в детскую комнату . Нам дали брошурку по работе Анимации с 9:00 до 21:00 там много пунктов по расписанию программы. не одной из не было.. не зарядки для детей в 10:00 не рисование не чего не какой за интерисованости в аниматорах не было . Мало того на маленькую комнату сидела 5 человек и все в телефонах и на детей 0 внимания . Анимация это одно из худших что есть в отеле и если вы с детьми хотите отдохнуть и оставить ребенка я вам не рекомендую. Самая худшая анимация в нашей жизни. Если вы с детьми я не рекамендую этот отель с детьми.

I Love Nemo. This was my fourth visit. I come all the way from Bethel, Maine USA to this beautifully rich historic city. It is my favorite resort in the whole world. Of course, the facility itself is a 5 Star (no, it’s 10 STAR!) luxury hotel and spa and being there makes you feel like a king. But the best part about Nemo is the professional staff. They are SO friendly. They are SO helpful. I am sure that if I asked them for the sun and the moon to join me at breakfast, that they would make that happen. I want to give special mention to the manager, The Amazing Slava. And I also want to give special attention to the concierge, the lovely Nikol and Alina. And then it would be impossible to not to give high praise to Darya, administrator of The Dolphin Therapy Program. Hope to see you all again next year!!!!
