Katerina in the restaurant is great. I was slow on ordering so she picked me up WWE wrestler style and body slammed me in to the tables then dragged me across the top of the n bar and shoved biscuits in my mouth. She dusted me off and asked what I wanted for breakfast. Very pleasant person. I hope by now you know this is a joke

This hotel's staff is absolutely fantastic and incredible. I won't get into details about the room mishap, because I would rather focus on the resolution, professionalism, and care behind the front desk. Sianna was more than professional attending a rare issue in our family room. She listened, she cared, and she turned around our entire trip's trajectory to an AMAZING experience with our children. She was informative, she knew everything in the surrounding area, and she beyond polite. @Hilton you have a rare gem employee upon your midst. This type of customer service is what convinced an entire family to remain in the hotel and most importantly be happy. @Hilton we can't thank you enough and Sianna, we pledge that you get an honorable raise and a position that meets the standards of your beautifully professional service.
