This hotel is a scam
Avoid this hotel. I booked this hotel for three nights. They tald me I can only stay there for two night's because I booked it very cheap. And tald me if I want to stay third night I have to pay more. I refused to do so. I tald them that I already paid for three night's and I will pay no more. Also hotel was very dirty. And smells bad. Sound insolation is non existant.

Do not stay there. Just before I got in the hotel I was told to buy the reception that I need to go to different hotel because there was something wrong with our room. No one warned me of that before our arrival. We we booked for two nights and we were told to go just for one night in this other place until they fix the room and next day to come back to the hotel. Extremely unprofessional. I demanded that they find a room for two nights so I don't have to pack twice as we were with two kids. They refused to do that. We demanded then to have our money back. The owner wanted to charge me the booking fee and wanted to return only the money he received. We got our money back and we're left on the street in the middle of the season with no available rooms anywhere to look for place to stay. This type of places need to be closed.

Abbiamo dormito la notte scorsa e dormiremo la prossima in questo albergo centralissimo di Varna. La struttura deve essere stata recentemente rinnovata perché non corrisponde assolutamente alle ultime recensioni negative pubblicate qui. La nostra stanza affaccia sulla strada al secondo piano ed è silenziosa e molto pulita, il letto è comodo, il che garantisce una buona qualità del sonno. Il wifi è ben funzionante e veloce. C'è una piccola televisione che non abbiamo acceso. Il bagno è dotato di tutto, non finestrato ma con un potente aspiratore. Questa mattina per motivi lavorativi la stanza è stata da noi occupata fino alle tredici ma ugualmente sono venuti a pulirla e a rifarla. E' il luogo ideale per chi desidera visitare il centro storico della città. L'unica pecca è che non c'è l'ascensore.

The location was ideal. It's in the city centre and walkable distance to everything. I paid for the room with a balcony (said it in the title add) but they gave me a room without one. The room was clean but there was a dirty white shirt on the bathroom floor obviously from a previous customer. So, the bathroom cleaning could be improved.
