The location of the hotel is great. You are just besides the big Varna cathedral and 5-10 min walking distance from the centre of the city. There is a bakery and a coffee shop just around the corner and a big supermarket 7-8 min away from the hotel. The Reception is 24/7 but the staff is not very friendly. The room was ok but there was a leakage from the sink which was not fixed although I reported it 3 times. On the other hand, the room was cleaned on a daily basis. There is no restaurant or even lobby at the hotel which is a bit uncomfortable. The internet was good. It is a central A/C system which is not a good option if you have to spend more time in the room. The mattress was hard. In general - compared to other options in Varna, good value for money but there are several details they still need to work on if they want to offer a really good customer experience.

Room was nice and the location is fabulous. However, the WiFi didn’t work and they hadn’t yet switched from heat to A/C, so we had to keep the windows open above the very noisy street. Also, there is NO convenient parking whatsoever. On balance, a pretty nice place but with big downsides.

I'm a bit torn. The room was clean and the furniture in good condition, the bathroom was new, big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is good, bus stop (409 to the airport) and pedestrian zone in front of the door. But - the information on platforms like ebookers, tripadviser and *********** is outdated and NOT correct, the management has changed and has deteriorated quite a bit. It takes away from the previous good rating. We did NOT receive what we had booked through the hotel website. No "seating area with sofas", no "bathtub" and we still paid for the expensive version. We had to ask for kettles and cups, and they were not in the room either. The hotel has NO gym, NO restaurant and NO free breakfast, it is NOT handicapped accessible, NOT wheelchair accessible, you definitely cannot get into the room with a wheelchair, stairs to the lobby, again to the elevator, from the elevator to the room more stairs. The hotel is NOT pet friendly, only dogs up to 3kg are allowed LOL. The breakfast room is a mystery to me. In 10 days it was open once and there was only one woman sitting in it, even though the hotel was full (we had the room next door). Otherwise the room was closed. The air conditioning in the room was very loud because 2 of the 3 openings in the ceiling were not working, and the third opening was pushing air out very loudly. I was unable to sleep. Turning off the AC and opening the window was also not possible because it was very loud outside. The new management urgently needs a new website so that guests are not seriously misled. The bottom line is that you are left with the stale feeling of having been cheated.

A very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Varna. The check in process was very effective and welcoming; the man in reception was willing to help and explained all the necessary information very kindly. The room is comfortable and clean I especially liked the bathroom very much. Location is perfect in the centre of the city. Very good for the price.

Usually we try to choose hotels of at least 4 stars, but since we were traveling with a dog, there wasn’t one for us in Varna. The hotel, however, turned out to be beyond our expectations. Spacious rooms, decoration and furniture are not the latest, but everything is clean, neat and in good order. Removed a star for lack of breakfast. Still, a 3-star hotel should have its own breakfast, albeit a modest one. Moreover, there are no places nearby where you can eat in the morning, at least we didn’t find any. When you have a family with children, the lack of breakfast is, of course, very inconvenient :( Well, there is a kettle, sugar, tea and coffee in the room. We bought bread, milk, cheese and ham from the store in the evening and had breakfast in the room. But cups for tea very small, although nice. It would be nice to replace them with more spacious ones. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the hotel, it’s a good option, I recommend it to everyone.
