Wij verbleven in de suite een prachtige kamer met tweepersoons bed, een keuken, met tafell salon en tv ,kast met kluisj koffie-thee faciliteiten, badkamer met inloopdouche en bad apart , alle luxe aanwezig. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet Maggie is een geweldige gastvrouw die altijd voor iedereen klaar staat 👍 alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden een dagtrip naar de noordelijke kustlijn van Bulgarije tegen betaling mochten wij ons lunch pakket samen stellen. De accommodatie is dicht gelegen nabij het Centraal station van Varna en het centrum van de stad Is makkelijk te bereiken. Volg de wegwijzer cathedraal. Wij waren hier voor de t****e maal , het is altijd thuis komen, na het openen van de deur schoenen in de lade van het kamer nummer en de voorziene pantoffels aan trekken om naar de kamer te gaan. Wij raden City Boutique Inn zeker aan voor een verblijf in Varna een top verblijf!

We stayed in November 2024. The hotel is located in the central part of the city, it is a family boutique with six rooms. Everything is decorated in a beautiful style. Everywhere is clean and tidy, much attention is paid to pleasant little things. Good Wi-Fi. The room has a safe, refrigerator, bar, TV, kettle and daily replenishment of tea accessories and drinking water. In the bathroom - robes, cotton sponges and cotton swabs. True, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. Bed linen smells nice, each bed has 2 comfortable pillows. We lived in room 101 with windows to the courtyard - absolute silence at night. Breakfasts are not bad for such a boutique. There is a choice of jams, bread, cheese, sausages. Breakfast starts at 8.30 - very late !!! Of the minuses - the owner Magdalena introduced a rule to change street shoes for disposable slippers at the door. We were there at the end of November, and it was not at all comfortable to walk around the hotel in thin slippers on the icy floors, especially sitting in the room with a laptop. And when leaving the hotel, we had to put on icy shoes that were kept near the front door. Seeing my dejected appearance and the warm boots on my feet (I walked in them because I was sick - a bad cough), Magdalena called me "for a serious talk." I explained to her that the slippers were so thin and the floors so icy that I had already caught a cold and started coughing. To which she first said "But it's winter outside" (you'd think we were walking around the street in slippers), and then suggested moving to another hotel. And she herself walks around the hotel in super warm slippers, warm socks, warm pants and two warm sweaters. After negotiations, we came to an agreement - we will stay in her boutique hotel, and she will buy us warm slippers. Each of us fulfilled his part of the agreement. I thanked her for the warm slippers, but the aftertaste remained. The second minus is that it is cold in the rooms, and when you turn on the heater and air conditioner, the air becomes very heavy and your head starts to hurt. And the third minus is the narrow, steep staircase to the third floor and the lack of an elevator (the description of the hotel on tourist sites does not say anything about this, as well as about slippers, and in the reviews many complain about the "quirk" with slippers). Magdalena also complained that from the very beginning we did not have a good relationship. It turns out that we had to check in before 10 p.m. But pushing the plane, then the taxi - this is not in my rules, and the time of arrival completely depended on these types of transport. I understand that Magdalena is a hostess with her own rules, but we are guests, we are tourists, and I think we should still focus on visitors, and not accept them as uninvited guests. Although she was friendly when we met, but as soon as something didn't go her way, she immediately turned on the "hedgehog" (according to reviews on Booking, it turned out that she kicked many people out of the hotel). And all this - for a lot of money for Varna. And continuing the conflict with slippers: Maggie wrote a letter that as a token of gratitude for the fact that we stayed in her hotel for the entire stay, she was ready to upgrade the room category
