Terrible service
It took 45 minutes for the hotel clerk to process the person before me. He and I were standing and having a nice conversation, but I don't know why it took so long, and she told me, in a stony tone - not at all friendly - to sit down and wait. It was very hot and humid in the lobby - extremely uncomfortable. When the clerk finally got to me, she couldn't find the reservation which was pre-paid. It took almost 20 minutes for her to find it. Although she did apologize, it was not a pleasant way to begin. Then she told me my room would be on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. So, I carried everything up the stairs. The room was fine and clean, with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, although the chair at the desk was not comfortable.
