We had a nice experience because the room and toilet was confortable. The common areas like pools, restaurantes, toilets were clean with a good service.

There was no water for 3 hours in the morning, i couldn't get ready for breakfast, front desk was willing to give me a room at the other tower temporarily but I find that to be a lot of trouble. Food at the buffet was never filled, alot of times it was empty.

My mom has been wanting to go to this hotel for a while now so I decided to give her a surprise treat. We loved the atmosphere and that there was so much to do in terms of activities. They had water activities, gaming room, surfing pool, slide etc. We had a really good time. The only disappointment was the food, it was like a challenge to find something that we really like. The food was really a hit or miss and most times was a miss. That would be my only suggestion for improvement really. The drinks were just ok, nothing special. The coffee shop was ok as well, loved that it was 24 hours. Would return if the food is improved. The welcome party was also warm and inviting with the rose and champagne, that was a nice touch.

At the pier 8. Chris was an excellent server. At the Fantasy pool, Shenette, Jayden, Michael, and the other bartenders were fabulous. Piano bar Craig was so so good. All food was great. Cuban paninis were the bomb

We stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica for 14 unforgettable nights, and honestly—it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome, incredible service, and stunning setting. The staff were absolutely amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Tage—you made our trip extra special! Friendly, helpful, and full of energy—Tage is now a friend for life. Thank you for everything! The pools were pristine, the food was next-level delicious, and there was always something to do for everyone. Whether relaxing by the water or enjoying the entertainment, every day was a new highlight. Moon Palace Jamaica, you’ve set the bar sky-high. We’ll be back—no doubt about it!
