Hillview at Mystic Ridge

Staff was friendly and accommodating, they assist with transportation , rooms were well cleaned and the view from the Loft suite was to die for. there's a swim up bar at the pool, Pool was well kept. will definitely return with my entire family.

From the moment I arrived at the resort, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, whose excellent customer service and inviting demeanor made check-in a breeze—especially after a long and tiring trip. Despite reading mixed reviews beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. Housekeeping was consistent every day, ensuring our room remained clean and comfortable. While the resort doesn't have a restaurant, the pool bar more than made up for it. The bar attendants were friendly and engaging, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Although the bar was scheduled to close at 11 PM, they kindly stayed open later to ensure we had a great time. Let's not forget the hospitality of the staffs of hillview ridge that keeps checking up on us to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, my experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Ocho Rios.

It has always been a great experience. The staff has consistently been helpful and accommodating in all areas. The front desk staff is well-trained, making us feel welcome. It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are kept impeccably clean—10/10, no issues there. Additionally, it’s one of the few, if not the only, locations with convenient access to the town, food spots, and local activities

the best part of my stay was the customer service given i was well pleased.. i also loved my room it was clean and have everything i needed .. it is also close to all the attractions around ocho rios. they also recommended a taxi driver that take us around and the service was beautiful..definitely going back soon.

I recently stayed at here and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the process quick and easy. The room was spotless, surprisingly spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — cozy bed, strong Wi-Fi, and even a mini-fridge and microwave.

Great service and staff pay attention to details and made me and my wife stay very comfortable and good the wings at the bar was great the ambiance was excellent and the view was great would visit again
