The room was good but the front desk lady Ana was AWFUL and RUDE. Extremely passive aggressive and very unprofessional. I came to the lobby front desk to check in and no one was there. Waited patiently for about 15 minutes and just peeked my head into the office behind the desk to see if anyone was there. Ana came out of a different room, said nothing, and I said to her “hi, thank you for coming to check us in” to which she replied passive aggressively and rudely “that’s why there’s a sign there” the sign said “be back momentarily”. I was appalled. No greeting, just totally unconvinced and rude. She needs a lesson in common curiosity and at least an ounce of professionalism.

60 dollars for a cheeseburger and chicken wings. No soap in the room just lotion. Pool not working. Wasn't given a gift bag upon arrival even though I am a member. Gym is tiny. Only Dumbbells and no ventilation. 156 a night Ad says walking distance to the beach. It is not. The hotel was practically empty, but they put me by the exit door that was slammed open and shut all night. If you want a clock in the room its 50 dollars extra. They want a 50-dollar deposit for anything you buy but still charge you for anything you buy also. Still have not received deposit back. The maid was nice and did give me towels when asked. The people at the desk were also nice and friendly. I could go on but that's enough

Great hotel --- I had a great stay. Conveniently located, clean, friendly staff. The best part though was having Christina as our bartender --- she's fantastic. Very attentive, personable, and took pride in ownership of the bar and restaurant area. We came back to the bar multiple nights primarily due to her. Great job Christina and team.

Pleasantly surprised and very pleased at the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. Carlos, night clerk, went out of his way to bring me a bottle of water that I needed to take medications. The cleaning staff followed my instructions to the letter. Very happy with my 4 night stay here.

Mari at the front desk was exceptionally helpful at check-in and helped me use my IHG membership during my stay. She was fast and efficient during check-in. She also appropriately upgraded my room to a ADA-compliant junior suite, making everything very comfortable. The property is a short walk to Oceanside Harbor, the beach, and dining, and is always clean in appearance.

No available blankets when we needed a couple extra and no breakfast ? For the price this place was horrible. How does a hotel not have extra blankets ? How do you keep rooms clean with no extras ?
