Check-in was terrible. Didn’t receive a door code, arrived at room at 3 pm, called but no answer, left voicemail. Good news was that after 10-15 minutes I did receive a call back from a very pleasant lady who set up my code and was very helpful. Unpleasant part was that while I was on that call I received a voicemail from a man (believe he as at the Roost) who left a rude message saying I had a balance due and would not receive a door code until paid!
Note that room was booked and paid in full thru *******.
I called him back because I was concerned if I left the room I might be locked out. His response was if I have been given a code then don’t worry about it. He offered no explanation about the balance due allegation and did not ask for a credit card or any other information.
