Welcome to your Ocean Pines getaway. Off street parking for 4 cars stacked, and street parking if needed. Enter the home through a beautiful covered front porch with a swing for two and lovely sitting area, love seat and two chairs with large ceiling fans, you'll feel like your sitting in your living room but outside.
This sweet home has 3 bedrooms and two full baths, master bedroom with a king sized bed and on-suite bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed.
A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing an evening meal, lunch for the beach or entertaining. With an eat in kitchen, or proper dining room there’s plenty of space for the whole family.
Cozy living room with lots of seating, and working fireplace making this rental perfect all year round.
All season sun room with sofa, chair and ottoman, high pub table for 4 and bar cabinet stocked with glasses.
Dogie door in sun room, large enough for 100# dog which leads to fenced in back yard. Back yard has a large deck, sand pit area with fire pit, Weber gas Grill and plenty of outside seating.
Enjoy a parking pass to Ocean Pines Beach Club 49th street (5 miles).
Two car garage is locked for owner only. I’ll start by saying the home is exactly as pictured—beautiful, well-decorated, and located in a lovely neighborhood. It was also physically very clean on the surface. However, the moment we walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of urine and ammonia. Despite attempts to air it out, the smell persisted and made the space unlivable.The first night was unbearable. The odor was so pervasive that we couldn’t sleep, and it only worsened overnight. Given that my partner is pregnant and became extremely nauseated from the smell, we had no choice but to make other arrangements for our health and comfort.We informed the host the next morning, explained the situation, and kindly asked to cancel the remainder of our stay—offering to pay for the night we had already used. Unfortunately, the host dismissed our concerns, insisting the home had been professionally cleaned and citing her positive reviews (though the most recent one was from October 2024). After that, she stopped responding entirely. Only after we contacted Vrbo for assistance did she reply again, claiming we hadn’t given her a chance. I genuinely loved the look and feel of the house, but the odor was unbearable and seemed embedded in the furniture and various parts of the home. While we understand this is a pet-friendly rental, this level of odor is not acceptable. I’ve attached screenshots of our conversation with the host to support our claim and hope Vrbo will help us resolve this matter.

Jeep Fest
Loved the home inside and out!! The front porch and backyard were very inviting for sitting outside. Lots of seating. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It’s close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. It was well stocked with amenities. It was filled with natural light during the day and well lit during the night. Beds were comfy. Decor in every room was just the right touch. Looking forward to staying here again.

5 Star Stay
This home is spacious, yet cozy. It has every essential you may need. Big, fenced-in yard was safe and fun for our dogs. Very short distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a turn-key, easy check-in and check-out. I would love to stay here again.

OC short trip
We have had a sadvtrip but nothing to do with this rental. I spoke with owner right before we left. She was very nice n helpful. My husband had food poisoning yesterday. She said if we had to stay longer due to his illness she would call her hotel connections to help us. She went above n beyond in answering any questions n trying to help us.

Vacation
Wonderful location staying in Ocean Pines Nancy was a pleasure answering my questions quickly. House was big enough for a family of 4 and friends to visit . Our fur baby was comfortable too. Beds were comfortable House was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time in this nice quiet neighborhood. Would book again if we decide to visit OC in the future. Thank you Nancy for everything.
