There is also a super cute built in bench area for overflow dining and/or gaming table in this room which makes it very functional and versatile for families. The main bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The canal is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. Bring all your toys or rent a boat for a week and tie it up at the dock! You can enjoy coffee in the mornings in the Carolina room listening to the ocean, feeling the breeze & watching the fish jump in the canal. You can even see the boat landing from the house. The beach is a short 5-10 walk or golf cart ride down the street with easy beach access. Best of both worlds, easy relaxation on the canal and easy access to beach.
