Location is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views.
Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.

Upon arrival, we found the elevator broken and we were on the 4th floor. The staff helped us carry all of our belongings up the stairs. And that was very nice. The elevator was repaired about an hour later. I was a little upset over having to pay an additional $60 at time of check-in for Spa resort fee and a $50 deposit for damage. This spa fee, I researched it, is for amenities such as use of the pool and gym. This was in addition to the already $1600 I had paid to reserve the room for our stay. I found this Spa fee ridiculous and somewhat greedy. When asked for it at desk at check-in you have no choice, but to pay it. Our room was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time at the beach and walking the boardwalk.

A room with a $1000 view! Right on the boardwalk it’s the best spot to sit and watch the waves. It’s in the perfect location having the best of party and relaxation. The cleanliness was subpar but worth it for that view! The parking is a bit confusing but the receptionist explained it very well. I would stay again.

The view was beautiful, overlooking the Ocean view, beach and partially the city. However, the AC unit runs like a truck engine. Very noisy. The furniture fixture could do with an upgrade. It looks like a motel furniture.

When we arrived, I was in tears because I hadn’t paid close enough attention when booking our room and we really needed a room with a couch to accommodate the family. Todd got everything fixed for me quickly, calmly, and kindly. He even gave us a break on the upgrade price, which he definitely didn’t need to do, but was very appreciated. The staff was great and took good care of us. The location is stellar, easy access to beach and boardwalk. We had a fabulous stay.

The rooftop pool was so cool! Was big enough for the whole family. Definitely recommended for family or friends. Direct entry to boardwalk with tons to do!

Amazing friendly staff great stay. My child loved the pool and location was great on the beach. The rooms were very clean and nice. Definitely will be back.
