Location is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views.
Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.

The location was perfect, in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, with an amazing view of the dolphins swimming up and down the coast. My only hang up was the whole toilet rattled (not securely fastened to the floor) and the toilet paper roll holder was right up against your ribs, making it a bit awkward to use. Otherwise, the room was well kept. We will consider this location for future visits to OC.

Perfectly located right on the boardwalk and beach. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. You must try Crepe Daddy….A must for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chicken, bacon ranch crepe was amazing. Staff was great and don’t forget to add in a banana peanut butter shake. Would highly recommend.

Some of our bed sheets had a lot of stains on them. It's time to buy a new rotation of white sheets. The hotel was accommodating for my needs of needing an early check in.

Best covered patio , Very clean , friendly staff, room layout was great. Good size bathroom , full size refrigerator. Pools and hot tub were clean and accessible . In house restaurant is good. Great beach access .

Stay away !! Booked and paid. Expected what was advertised. I was appalled. The room was a matchbox size room,no windows, no closets, minimal bed linen, sand all over the floor refrigerator that was making on a horrendous noise and no balcony .I paid a premium price so I went down to the desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it I feel it was a bait and switch. They advertise one thing and when they get you there or something out, they refuse to refund your money.

I thought this was a 3 star, actually is a 2 star. Wasn't pleased with the parking, but car was only a block away. No daily housekeeping. Rooftop chairs were dirty. Elevator was too slow, had to take the stairs. A fire occurred on our floor, smoke everywhere, fire department came had to evacuate. Asked mgr for free breakfast, dinner something for the inconvenience. He said there were no other rooms available. I asked for corporate contact, he kept saying he was the general manager. They placed blowers out in the hallway till 3:30pm before the next check in. It was just too unbearable to stay another night with the smell. They made sure to let me know that I would forfeit refund because I checked out a day early.
