The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

When we booked the Cambria hotel, we were told the only space left was the 6th floor. Subsequently we were put on the 7th floor not realizing there was a restaurant right above it. THERE WAS NO SOUNDPROOFING AT ALL. So we were up till 1 am every single morning hearing shoes clicking, chairs and tables being moved. Things being dropped on the floor and Loud noises. And then more dragging of furniture while they vacuumed endlessly till 130 every morning. Not to mention the limited amount of parking in the hotel parking lot because of people going into the restaurant. Also the amount of traffic to get into the elevators just to get up to your room, that you paid for. And there’s only two elevators just to get up to your room having to fight with restaurant traffic who feel that they are entitled above you. We decided to leave Ocean City one day early because we could not take another night of endless noise. I booked through ******* who was reaching out to the hotel and I truly hope that I get one night refund because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible front desk service first! Got woke up at midnight by screaming kids and parents and they were more concerned about checking people in! Very rude. Girl at desk could not even pick up a phone and call upstairs to tell them to shut up. Finally after speaking to ******* they moved us! No apology took til 4 am. Rooms are set up horribly. A foot on one side of bed to get in and out! Just a very disappointing experience! Would never recommend or stay again! Try Aloft! Beautiful and well managed!!

Very pleased
The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean and the hot tub and pool are wonderful. Restaurant either in lobby area or on the 8th floor has great food. Definitely my go to hotel.

While the rooms looked nice and modern the whole place including my room smelled of beach and chlorine! The ice machine was out of order. I tried breakfast at The view in the hotel. While the staff worked hard she was by herself and overwhelmed. The food was ok. The view was nice but if you go out on balcony the noise from bridge traffic is LOUD!
