Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

When we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk informed us that the room we requested though trip .com wasn’t available. Upon further speaking with Stacy the asst. general manager , it was determined that in fact trip .com errored in the reservation and didn’t reserve the room we paid for . Well Stacy went above and beyond to fix the error and upgraded us to another room and more . We appreciate all she did . We had an awesome time during our stay .

If u travel with ur fur kiddo, this is the hotel u want to stay. Very pet friendly! In summer peak time, dogs are not allowed to be on the ocean city beach, so I used to take my dog to Assateague national park for my dog to have some fun on the beach. But I don't need to go all the way to Assateague anymore. Bed was very plush(I like firm bed), but it was so comfortable! Complimentary hot coffee was good enough to save my time to drive looking for coffeeshop outside of hotel. It was the best hotel experience with my furkid ever!

This Hotel was so nice, i had went there for Christmas and stayed the week. The view that i had was so gorgeous and waking up to a beautiful sunrise and having an ocean view.

Poor. Black mold in shower. Dogs barking. Loud kids running up and down hall. Uncomfortable bed. $20 for parking. Will never try Aloft brand again. Go elsewhere.

Great location. That is it in my opinion. Rooms are dirty, hallways have marks all over the walls, dust and they smell. Reminds me of a red roof inn near an airport. Zero regard to Bombay elite status. I would also point out that the parking is insane - last night I was one minute from leaving my car at the entrance after not being able to fine a spot for 30min. Another call out is the food service. Terrible reheated or microwaved meals for $10+ which they claim is “fresh”. And to make matters worse, the check-in agent “diamond” never offered the bonus points or option for breakfast - which both suck at the point but would have used it for breakfast. Stay away from this place - clearly not Marriott quality.
