Location was okay not the best a little far from the boardwalk and attraction. Room didn’t look like the pictures had wholes in the wall. Shower water wouldn’t go down.

Everything went perfectly smooth the hot tub was my favorite part at being 8 months pregnant definitely love how they gave us unlimited towels without any questions I'm definitely particular I don't like wet damp or the feeling on my skin..
Even though I took us an hour almost to get checked in with only one lady behind the counter she did an amazing job she handled herself very well being under pressure.
I definitely recommend and will stay here again next year for our anniversary

The staff was rude, and very unprofessional. I was followed to my room by a front desk associate, because he thought I was someone else. Made me very nervous. They never cleaned our room. We had to go and keep asking for toilet paper. Made my child and all the other children scared to even walk to their room.

The sales manager made sure the staff was aware that I have autistic children and made sure I was accommodated accordingly. The sales manager (Meghan ) was very professional and efficient.Im very pleased

5/10 good place so. Ice they have free breakfast the only issue is that they don’t pay attention to you request we ask for a wheelchair accessible and they get a regular my husband couldn’t get in the bathroom the 3 days we stay there they need pay attention on that

Stay away from this hotel, we stayed there for one night instead of 3 nights and we canceled reservation but they didn’t refund us our money back, sewer smell in hallways and room, bugs in room, stains on carpet and bed sheets ( we took photos, smell of cigarettes and **** by the entrance, stay away from this place.

This was a last minute reservation for us and I was just thankful to find a hotel near where we had to be. Hotel worked for us. Room was clean, walkable to different stores and to the beach. Front desk staff were friendly. Pricing wasn't bad considering it's in Ocean City right in the middle of summer! No complaints!

Being team mom of an 11u boys travel baseball Team, I was put in charge to find us lodging in Ocean City, MD in July! That's a task in itself. I reached out to several hotels to try to get a decent group rate. The Comfort Inn Gold Coast was the best rate by far. Location is great so figured we would give it a shot! I worked with Meghan Campbell from start to finish. She kept in touch with me when needed and worked with me on adding/removing rooms/dates as well as the payment and rooming list dates. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and we will be back. All families had a wonderful time! The hotel is clean and very accommodating for a travel baseball team/family. It was also perfectly located for where our tournament was held which was Northside Park! Public beach access was just across the street, which made us easy for the families to enjoy their time. Highly recommend this hotel as well as Meghan for group reservations. We will be back next year!!
