Overall, okay. Yes improvements are definitely needed but the room was clean. The 24in TV in our room was a definite never again. Upgrades are necessary. The pool area is nice. Elevators are truly outdated and can be slow. There can be a smell but not overbearing. Fager's restaurant was the truth. Food and drinks were really good. The chairs to the table in our room were busted and should have been covered with seat cushions, at minimum, which would have been nice. We asked for something to cover them and we never got any response. It wasn't enough for me to cause a fuss so we just put hand towels over them. I definitely did not like the fact that you just could not call for additional towel sets. You can only get replacements on certain days or wash the ones you have. The point here is, not everyone wants to go on vacation and do laundry. The bay view was exceptional. I loved seeing the water and watching the sun rise and set from the bed. Loved the most: Spacious Clean Pool View Fager's Liked the least: No additional towel sets Busted chairs Stained couch Stained Floor Stained balcony door Shower head And that 24in TV Would I go back?? Maybe.

Disappointed It was over 80 degrees outside and there was no air conditioning. We were told to put a box fan in front of the sliders but there was also no screens for the slider. The room was very dated

This was one of the worst resorts we ever stayed at. We left early because it was so bad. No air conditioning. The bedroom was extremely hot and we were told to use the fan, which did not help at all. We had to clean the bathroom before using the shower or toilet. No body wash in the shower. When we called the front desk to report the missing container in the shower, we were told to come down and get some soap. On Monday I contacted the front desk again about the bodywash since they still had not fixed the problem and now, we were out of shampoo. They sent housekeeping with the body wash and not the shampoo. Housekeeping said they were not told we needed shampoo. The TV in the bedroom did not get CBS, ABC or NBC. It was reported to the front desk but they never sent anyone to fix it. I could go on and on. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT! They just do not care about your experience.
