Room was very clean and updated. Was really excited about the 2nd dresser. Pull out sofa worked well for my boys and the staff was helpful in getting us sheets and towels for the room. I would say the other 2 small issues were the sliding door was heard to open and the safe didn't work. The door seems to be a victim of the salt in the air. Never an issue staying at this hotel!

**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at a hotel that had some great aspects but also a few notable drawbacks. The room we were in was quite spacious, featuring two queen beds and a couch, which made it comfortable for our family. We also enjoyed a balcony that overlooked the boardwalk, providing a nice view and a great spot to relax. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to access the beach and local attractions. I noticed that the rooms are in the process of being updated, which is a positive sign for future guests. However, some areas still need renovation, although this didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. The doors definitely need renovated. If you pushed and lifted you could probably break in easily. The weather stripping on the balcony door is hanging. While the hotel isn’t particularly fancy, it offers decent accommodations for a reasonable price. One major issue we encountered was the parking situation. During our stay over the 4th of July, the parking lot was inadequate, especially after a scare involving a shooter on the boardwalk. The chaos led to cars without permits taking up spaces, and my daughter had trouble finding parking after a late dance rehearsal. Unfortunately, we ended up having to park on the street and received a $50 ticket. If the staff would have just been a little more receptive or a little understanding it would have went a long way with me. We are pretty easy to get a long with and seldom complain. I raised this issue with the staff, hoping for some assistance, but I was met with unhelpful responses. The staff member I spoke to kept arguing with me, and I overheard employees discussing me in a negative way as I walked away. This lack of professionalism was disappointing, especially given the tense situation we faced that evening. Despite these challenges, I might consider staying here again due to the room size and location, but the parking and staff behavior definitely left a sour note on our visit. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Kind of dated, in need of repairs. Stuck in a room that was over the bar and couldn’t sleep because the band loud, was right below us. The sliding glass door to the porch wouldn’t lock. The parking spots were tight. The bushes in the island between needed to be cut back more then they were and dented my vehicle when I backed in. Didn’t appreciate having my vehicle dented because someone couldn’t finish trimming the bushes.

Stayed here 5/20-5/21/25. You need to understand a few things - it’s cheap,it’s perfect, or it’s oceanfront. It ain’t ever gonna be all 3. So bear that in mind. Oceanfront means rust and wear, from the salt. With all of that said, my first contact was calling to ask about the amenities in the room. The manager offered to FaceTime with me and ran around showing me different rooms. You don’t get that at any Hilton. I booked and arrived early - they let me, with no additional charge (though they did say that they were supposed to but let me since the manager had said it was ok and to call first). The room itself was impressive, it was 615. Huge space and easily the size of two full rooms with three balconies. One of these is a side facing and had an ocean view and the other two were bay/parking. That may sound bad -a view of the parking lot - but laying in bed all you see is water. Now, it wasn’t perfect. The coupons I was supposed to choose as part of the perks of booking direct were never given, and the girl up front didn’t seem to know about them. I would probably use a third party next time knowing that. The adjoining door did not close. There was also a button missing on the jacuzzi that didn’t seem to affect the function, and the pine-sol knocks you out walking in. I don’t know how good the a/c would be in summer since the second bedroom stayed much warmer than the first. It was cool out so we left the balcony open. The door not closing would have been a deal breaker for me because that separation was why I chose this room, but for me, the rate vs size of the room/location meant I could put a suitcase against the door and let it go. I will say though that the door still had a large gap so it does disturb the other person and that was frustrating. There’s a lot of little cosmetic things that can and should be done - bare spots where things were painted around, weirdly low chairs at the weirdly high desk, etc. It’s a lot of simple cosmetic fixes that just remind you that are staying at a bit of a lower end place which is a shame since again, easy fixes. I probably would have been more bothered by the issues with the strong cleaner smell, broken tub part, and especially the door not closing, but in perspective to what I paid and the boardwalk location it was not a big deal. If I paid more, I definitely would have wanted to move over the door. To be clear, we were very happy with the room and especially the staff because we understood the trade-off. When I woke up I requested late checkout and got it. When I needed to hang out an hour after I checked out in the lobby because it was raining, no one made me feel unwelcome. And that is exactly where I’m sitting writing this! I very rarely write reviews unless I’m really aggravated but this has been a very positive experience and in the future we will definitely return. To management I would say fix up the easy stuff, especially that door, and keep up whatever you’re doing with hiring/retain

I am a single mom with 7 daughters and this was by far the most welcoming and affordable place we have ever stayed on vacation. Customer service cannot be matched and the rooms were spacious. The hotel itself was in the perfect location close to everything we had the most amazing time ever!!!

The location and the rooms are amazing. The hotel is clean and the biggest advantage is its a pet friendly one. Also there are lot of food options nearby. this is by far great place to stay with ocean view rooms right on the boardwalk. The staffs are also amazing and friendly.
