Had a nice trip ....only downside was the pool...the strong smell of chlorine is unbearable..

Wonderful hotel with nice staff. Pool, splash pad, and hot tub were open and great! Very clean rooms and hallways. The rooms were spacious and a block from the beach. 2 Complimentary beach chairs are available with a wristband on the beach! No need to carry.

This is our second year here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and jacuzzi are great. The splash pad is ideal for the kids. I highly recommend Fenwick Inn. They also give 2 beach chairs to use each day. You get them on the beach .

My wife and I stayed at the Fenwick Inn on July 5, 2025, and had such a great experience at Vista Rooftop that we returned on August 2. This time, it was the complete opposite — it was humiliating, discriminatory, and deeply disrespectful. Our server, Patrick, repeatedly ignored us — even when we called him multiple times as he served tables right next to ours. I had to go to the bar to order drinks and even to get salt and pepper for our food. The food was bland, and the difference in how he treated other guests compared to us was obvious. When I asked to speak with the manager, he became defensive and, while I spoke, made mocking mouth noises several times, which felt like a direct insult. As we left, he shouted at me in front of everyone to “Get out and do whatever you want!” I am Puerto Rican and speak English with an accent. The way we were treated felt targeted and discriminatory. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never return and will be sharing this experience publicly. ⸻

First and foremost, during our stay, feces were discovered in the hotel pool. To our shock, the hotel’s response was not a proper sanitation closure, but what appeared to be a superficial scoop-and-remove process. The splash center and hot tub were reopened shortly after, raising alarming questions about hygiene and the health standards enforced by this property. Additionally, the hotel’s elevators were not functioning, and our room was located on the seventh floor, which posed a major inconvenience, particularly in 95+ degree weather. This alone created a hardship for guests, especially those with health concerns or mobility limitations. However, the most egregious event occurred in the bathroom of our room, where the ceiling collapsed while someone was in the shower. Not only is this a shocking breach of safety, but the hotel staff’s response was equally appalling. We were told that “we didn’t need a new room” because it was “just the bathroom,” and we were instructed to simply close the door. At no point did management or maintenance visit our room, inspect the damage, tape off the area, or take any action that demonstrated accountability or concern for guest safety. The rooftop and everything else is cheap patchwork at its finest. Oh, and we haven’t heard from them after reaching out for a month. Don’t go there.

This hotel has THE BEST POOL and WATER AREAS in Ocean City!!!! We've tried a ton of hotels and Fenwick Inn is our favorite! The pool is always warm, the hot tub is fabulous, and the splash pad area is amazing! The rooms are very spacious and the staff has always been friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised by our view of the ocean which was a great bonus! Breakfast was great and the front desk services were speedy. We won't be searching for another hotel again because this one always tops the list.
