Holiday Inn Ocean City

The location of this hotel was awesome and the staff was great. We enjoyed the view from our room and the sound of crashing waves at night was relaxing. The hotel staff was very helpful in recommending places for my wife and I to eat and for directing us to parking for access to the boardwalk. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is for pet lovers (like us). The hotel is not pet friendly.

My experience at the actual hotel was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, when booking the hotel the day before our stay I was directed what I assume is a 3rd party site. I was charged the advertised room rate of $208 and then $125 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the listed # and was told it was non-refundable. This may not be your direct issue but your hotel chooses to us this operator. We will not be back nor would I recommend your hotel to anyone else

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, great ocean view and fantastic pool amenities including hammocks. Great location with restaurants, shopping, coffee and more. Great location for accessing Ocean City North and South. Good parking as well.

This hotel is such a lovely resort. The ocean front view, hammocks, pool, hot tub and location was wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I didn't want to leave and would highly recommend this location and can't wait to return

The hotel is located in a beautiful place in Ocean City, the view from the rooms is spectacular but The first room that they put me and my husband 725 was so dirty, with cockroach 🪳 in the kitchenette, the bathroom very dirty, I complained and somebody came to “clean” but in the morning the insect was on the kitchen sink, the floor very dirty I was disappointed and tired to complain and they put us in another, 4th floor room number 425 and it was much much better and I did not to leave and looking for another hotel and we finished our vacation. I have pictures and videos to confirm.

Excellent room. Great ocean and pool views. Friendly staff and pleasant restaurant with Italian menu. Pool and especially the hot tub were outstanding. Fitness room. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was also available to eat in the restaurant or to be taken away

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 nights right after Labor day. This must be our 4th time here in the last few years. Check in was quick, and checkout was quick. The room was very clean and the views were great. Parking in the overflow parking lot was convenient and easy. We had plenty of spaces during our time here that overlapped bike week. Location mid-town and on this side of Coastal Highway works for an easy walk to the beach is great! The pool was beautiful although not as warm because of the cooler than usual nights, but still enjoyable. We had wonderful conversations with other guests in the jacuzzi too. That was a lot of fun. All the staff was very friendly and professional. We also want to give special thanks to Emily. Look forward to seeing her again.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional -- friendly, polite and most helpful. There are not enough accolades to ascribe to the evening supervisor, Michelle Pernell. She is a class act; one that I would try to steal away from IHG if ever I needed another manager in my business!

What an amazing experience! Friendly staff, super-clean rooms, oceanfront view, use of all amenities including the pool, hot tub, bar, and restaurants. It was like a mini-vacation to an all-inclusive resort. We will share our experiences with our friends and book again next year!
