We always lied staying here - good location, big kitchen to cook and always clean. But had a few issues this year. We had asked for a room away from the elevator. When we arrived we were told what our room # would be even though the room wasn’t ready. We asked if that was near an elevator and was told not really. My wife took a trip upstairs to see where it was and the room was directly in front of the elevators. The girl reluctantly changed our room to a few doors down saying that nothing else was available even though we arrived around 8AM. Then we were changed for parking even though we never were notified about this change. The girl said this information is right on the website. Am I supposed to check the website for changes? Fortunately, the manager refunded us for the parking prior to checking out. I just feel that with the huge increase to stay here every year that parking should be free. I realize this was a corporate decision but just the same I think it was a bad one. We have been coming here for many years now. This might be the time to look for another place that isn’t so costly.
