Struttura meravigliosa, immersa nella tranquillità. Servizio eccellente per la colazione e disponibilità. Ottime le camere, pulizia impeccabile. Ottimo per coppie o famiglie. Vicino a Ferrara. Si può mangiare in piscina, ordinare pizze e consumarle sul posto. Da consigliare. Fam. Gaviglio

In visita a Ferrara abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b due notti per il weekend di Pasqua. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la posizione strategica che per il soggiorno (camera, pulizia ecc.). La struttura è veramente accogliente. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili per consigli su come muoversi e dove mangiare. La colazione è fantastica!!! sia dolce che salata (tanta varietà di cibi) per soddisfare tutte le esigenze!! Molto consigliato!

I proprietari Marco e Silvia molto disponibili, bella la piscina con la possibilità di consumare un pasto da ordinare nei locali della zona sotto il portico.Noi consigliamo"Eccezzionale 3.0. Mille motivi per apprezzare questa struttura. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e pulite, le colazioni fantastiche, i proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili ad ogni necessità… e cosa dire dell’esterno… una piscia e un angolo -cucina esterno per ottime serate in relax tra amici …. La vicinanza a Ferrara, Comacchio e ad altri posti piacevoli ne fa davvero una metà doverosa. Eh se passate di lì non dimenticate una cena all’Eccezionale 3.0…. Cibo e prezzo da favola

I proprietari Marco e Silvia ci hanno accolti benissimo. La struttura è pulita e molto bella. La colazione è eccezionale,con molta varietà di salato e dolci fatti in casa. La casa vacanze di trova in un'ottima posizione, tranquilla e silenziosa, dalla quale partite per visitare città come Ferrara, Verona, Venezia, Padova, Bologna, in una giornata, solo per fare qualche esempio. Il relax nella splendida piscina ha reso la vacanza perfetta.Consigliatissimo.

Camere tranquille ed arredate con gusto. Pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. Piscina senza limiti di orari. Eccezionale colazione sia dolce che salata, molto varia e preparata con cura dai gestori, anche con prodotti del loro orto! Oltre che un'ottima cuoca, la proprietaria è anche una bravissima artista e le sue opere danno un tocco speciale a tutto l'ambiente! Assolutamente consigliato!

Grazie a Marco e alla sua compagna per averci accolti nella loro splendida struttura, pulita e curata nei dettagli. Letto comodo. Colazione SUPER: torte e biscotti fatti in casa ma anche tantissima scelta salata. Complimenti. Torneremo sicuramente anche per goderci la bellissima piscina!!!

Come essere a casa , tutto perfetto dalla accoglienza , alla pulizia. Posto tranquillissimo. La colazione? C'è il mondo, dai dolci al salato. Marco è stato fantastico ti soddisfa in tutto. Fantastici.

Провели в этой гостинице, к сожалению, только одну ночь, так как были проездом. Все очень понравилось: уютный достаточно просторный номер, тишина, красивый интерьер, удобная кровать, очень вкусный обильный завтрак. В гостинице прекрасный интерьер со множеством самобытных колоритных деталей в итальянском стиле, много предметов декоративного искусства. Интерьер с душой Италии! Хозяева гостиницы очень приятные люди, семейная пара. Душевно встречают, помогают во всем, создавая домашнюю атмосферу, рассказывают, что интересного и каким образом лучше посетить рядом... Чудесная гостиница в прекрасной Италии!
