There was dried blood on the curtains and roaches scattered when lights were on. Wife was staying there three nights and left after first night still charged for all three nights and told to contact ******* even though the charges were from the hotel. Was also charged an additional night stay because switched the original dates within the parameters of the no penalty phase, but yet was still charged an additional night. So basically charged $445 for 1 night at a comfort inn with roaches

Weeklong Stay for Business - Worst Hotel
The room service was minimal at best. I stayed an entire week for a business conference. Housekeeping came into the room one time and did not make the bed, only changed the trash bags and clean towels. I found 2 bugs in my bathroom and the toilet seat was loose both of which I notified the front desk, and neither was addressed although the person at the desk made a big to-do of writing it down. They appeared to be people always loitering in the lobby and on one occasion when I returned from training at the end of the day, the person at the front desk never once looked up from her phone. Anyone could have walked into the lobby. I would never stay in this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!

Rude manager, malfunctioning AC, broken door
The front desk attendant, Joey, was very kind and very professional. We got to the room and found that the door was broken. It took several tries just to get it open. Our room was on the ground floor. The window would not lock, which made us very uncomfortable. We reported it to Joey and she immediately got the manager for us who was very rude and basically said oh well. She offered no help or solutions and told us they were fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. The AC kept turning off and so we spent the night waking up to turn it back on because the room was so warm. We were only staying one night otherwise we would’ve left and found somewhere else. Not worth the money we paid. We’ve stayed in nicer cheap motels than this. The free breakfast was decent and the woman working in the dining area was very nice. So other than Joey and the breakfast employee this place was awful.
