Works for a long stay, but very, very basic. First, the PROs: 1. the bedroom is separate from the living room, allowing one person to sleep while the other drinks coffee and watches the news in the living room 2. the manager, Tyler, is very accommodating and willing to help/fix any problem that comes up 3. the fitness center, while small, is perfectly adequate for getting some exercise each morning before going out Then, the CONs: 1. there are no doors! Not on the bedroom and not on the closet. I'm sure that saved them some money, but really? 2. maintenance and housekeeping need attention (mold in the toilet and completely filthy back stairs, for example) 3. insufficient utensils (only 3 spoons & 3 forks, for example) so that the dishwasher needs to be run every day. Since they give you only 1 dishwasher tablet per week, you will need to buy your own 4. there are no drawers and only one shelf in the bedroom, so no place for clothes (I spread mine out on the spare bed and used it as shelving) As a comparison, the Candlewood Suites nearby has nicer amenities (including shelves and drawers) and nicer facilities (lobby, for example), but the bedroom is not separate from the "kitchen" and there is no separate living room, so it is really just a hotel room with some basic kitchen facilities. Not really workable as an apartment for a long term stay. Tyler tells me that the owners are upgrading each new facility they build, so future ones will have a sliding door to close off the bedroom. That would be a big help! When I'm back in the area, I will stay here again, even with the shortcomings I described above. Tyler is a gem and will help to sort out any issues, and the separate bedroom makes this place a better choice than any other hotel.
