Fantastic hotel with all the staffs were so helpful. Japanese tradition of service. The dinner was wonderfully well presented and good taste, breakfast too was fabulous.

Hotel location was convenient and the service great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It’s a great place but it just misses an onsen tbh.

A very convenient location which is next to train station. Room was clean and spacious for my family with a kid. We spent long time for breakfast which the foods are come fresh and delicious. Will surely stay this hotel when I am travelling Obihiro again.

We arrived late but noticed there is an onsen there. Very interested to give it a try but we were too tired. The room is spacious and we love what we get.

There is no problem with Hotel Nikko except that there is no hot spring♨️! I will stay here again next time I come to Obihiro!

Thank you very much to every staff member. They are dedicated and enthusiastic. They left us with a deep impression and wonderful travel memories. They also helped us find the lost ring. If the staff hadn't taken the initiative to chase us and gave us the ring, we would have almost left! Obihiro is a wonderful place. The food, accommodation, service and location of Hotel Nikko are all good. We were very satisfied with the two days we stayed. We caught up with the Obihiro Music Snack Festival and enjoyed the music. We also caught up with the typhoon that cancelled JR. The hotel helped to keep the luggage well during the waiting period. We also went to experience horse racing! Highly recommended!

Others who are close to the station say that the hotel is right at the station entrance, but they should say that the station is right at the hotel entrance, the hotel is no more than 20 meters away from the station, and the station can be reached in as little as 10 seconds.
