Exceptional Service and Value—A Must-Visit Hotel!
Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value!

Perfect location and ambience. Service and staff, especially at reception, friendly and competent. Rooms, comfortable beds and stylishly furnished. Breakfast buffet super and varied, a delight. The castle bistro. Very friendly waiter and nice ambience. Despite the mini menu, two dishes were not available, and what we got was beautiful and well arranged in terms of color...but that was all, a shame. Wine cellar. Ms. Silvia super competent expert advice. And great value for money, thank you

Die Ruhe im Haus war sehr angenehm. Die Wege im Haus waren zum Teil eng und mit vielen Stufen zu gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung.

Winzige Dusche
Ein sehr schönes neues Haus. Toller Innenhof.Recht verwinkelt. Sehr gute Betten, aber die winzigste Dusche, umdrehen ist kaum möglich. Der Parkplatz liegt etwas im Abseits. Wohl überwiegend Seminargäste ?

Beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful, charming Austrian village -- this is the rolling hills part of Austria, not the mountains. But it's also wine country... and this is a hotel to match. Housed in an ancient stables building for the local lord, across the street from a storybook castle with a fine restaurant. A quiet retreat, close to Vienna, but far away...

Neues Hotel sehr stylish eingerichtet, wobei ab und zu das Praktische auf der Strecke blieb (Save auf dem Boden, Zimmer mit 2 Stufen, in der Dusche keine Ablagemöglich-keit für private Seife/Shampoo.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Innenhof ist ein Traum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön angerichtet und das Team beim Frühstück ist perfekt, fachlich top und unglaublich freundlich. Die jungen Damen bei der Rezeption sind noch ausbaufähig!
