Die Unterkunft können wir nicht bewerten, aber: Der Aufenthalt war für Juni 2024 geplant, aber meine Frau erkrankte vorher, sodass eine Anreise nicht möglich war. Der Vermieter agierte vertragskonform und forderte 90% des Übernachtungspreises. Die wir auch bezahlten. So weit so gut. ABER eine Unterstützung des Vermieters zu einer Schadensminimierung bzw. Weitervermietung erfolgte eigentlich gar nicht. Unserer Bitte den Mietpreis zu unseren Lasten zu halbieren, um die Chancen einer Weitervermietung zu erhöhen kam man nicht nach.
