Leider waren die E-Parkplätze ziemlich durchgängig belegt durch nicht E-Autos bzw. die nicht laden. Am Abreisetag mußte ich dadurch den behinderten Parkplatz blockieren um laden zu können für die nach Hause Fahrt.

Die Zimmer und die Lage sind ohne Frage gut, der Spa-Bereich hat leider durchweg das Klima des Tropenwaldes, keine sinnvolle Lüftung möglich. Die vom Nachbarort angereiste Masseurin war das Highlight in diesem Hotel. Aber die Gastronomie war schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Sowohl das Restaurant wie auch die Bar. Eine ganz traurige Geschichte, TK-Fisch, TK-Rösti, Soße aus der Tüte, ich weiß nicht, wer hier bisher bewertet hat !?

Das Zimmer (Deluxe-Zimmer) ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Rollos funktionierten nicht, Die Verdunklung zum wirklich schönen Balkon ist nicht ganz vollständig möglich, der Teppichboden ist mit Reinigungsmittel bearbeitet worden, um Flecken zu entfernen - diese sind aber leider geblieben. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub - nicht zuletzt weil der Service sehr zuvorkommen war.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm, das Personal freundlich, Zimmer war sehr angenehm, das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichhaltig. Was allerdings verblüffte war, das die Damen an der Rezeption bei der Abreise komplett uninformiert waren, dass die BestWestern-Hotels am Payback-Progamm teilnehmen und für den Aufenthalt Punkte ergeben werden.
