Schon die Begrüßung fiel wenig freundlich aus. Eine Email vom Hotel hatte uns nicht erreicht. Schuld wurde uns gegeben: dann hat halt jemand Ihren Account gehackt! Die Bitte, beim Frühstück die Kanne mit dem Filterkaffee aufzufüllen, wurde mit dem Hinweis beantwortet: aber doch nicht für eine Person. Zum Personal insgesamt: Freundlichkeit könnte nachgeschult werden. Vielleicht wird dann erreicht, dass Mitarbeiter/innen nicht mehrfach grußlos an den Gästen vorbeigehen. Zum Frühstück: allenfalls Durchschnitt ohne besondere Highlights! Sorry, aber wir suchen uns andere Gastgeber.

SEHR freundlicher Empfang von einen älteren Herrn. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber mit Balkon und sehr ruhig. Sekt als Empfang hat uns schon begrüßt. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Dieses Haus können wir nur bestens empfehlen. Das Frühstück war TOP.

Herzlichen Dank dem gesamten Team vom Hotel Neudeck. Wir waren das 3. Mal hier zu Gast und können das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Sowohl Motorräder als auch Hänger fanden einen sicheren Abstellplatz. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und der Service angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer reinigen sehr gut. Eine Flasche Sekt gab es gratis mit einem Glückwunschschreiben zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Eine liebe Geste, die nicht alltäglich ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Familie Haase.
