Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut – reichhaltig, frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, mit schönem Blick in die Berge. Leider entspricht das Hotel insgesamt nicht dem beworbenen Vier-Sterne-Standard. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, im Zimmer – besonders im Bad – roch es unangenehm. Das Abendbuffet war geschmacklich enttäuschend, und die angekündigte à la carte-Option wurde nicht angeboten. Auch die bereitgestellten Bademäntel waren stark abgenutzt. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Viele der Mitarbeitenden sprechen nur eingeschränkt Deutsch – das war grundsätzlich kein Problem, fällt aber im Servicealltag auf. Insgesamt eher auf solidem Drei-Sterne-Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt derzeit nicht.

Was wurde aus dem einst gepflegten und herzlichen Wohlfühlhotel? Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Gast im Freund und sehr enttäuscht, dass sowohl Service und Dienstleistung als auch Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung des Hotels in den letzten Jahren stetig abnimmt. Wenig Personal, mit teils sehr schlechten Deutschkenntnissen und fehlende Herzlichkeit; es wird sich nicht mehr um die Gäste und deren Wohlbefinden bemüht :-(

Das Hotel befindet sich wieder auf einem guten Weg zur Besserung. Als langjährige Stammgäste war der letztjährige Eindruck nicht so gut aber jetzt ist es wieder unter neuer Führung auf dem Weg der Besserung.

sehr nettes Ambiente, Essen ausgezeichnet, viele Relax und Schwimmmöglichkeiten. Zum Entspannen und Sporttreiben bestens geeignet. Es werden Kurse zum Entspannen und Yoga, sowie Wassergymnastik angeboten.
