Zimmer einfach ausgestattet aber sehr sauber. Bett nicht sehr komfortabel, Bad mit Tageslicht. Das Frühstück im benachbarten Restaurant des Konsumhotel Oberhof ist zwar reichhaltig, aber die Brötchen nicht sehr lecker (nicht frisch, auch am Samstag) und das Rührei eher eine Eierpampe. Dafür gibt es reichlich frisches Obst. Service und Personal sind absolut in Ordnung, der sehr schöne und umfangreiche Wellnessbereich im Konsumhotel konnte gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Einen Parkplatz im Freien für ein Motorrad mit 8€ pro Nacht zu berechnen ist allerdings alles andere als angemessen.

Wir sind sehr oft in Oberhof zu Gast und probieren gern verschiedene Angebote aus. Diesmal im Gästehaus Quisana als Quartier für das Wochenende. Zimmer relativ klein und einfach, für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend, Bad frisch saniert. Sehr schön ist, die Möglichkeit den Wellness und Spa Bereich im Konsum Berghotel nutzen zu können. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auf sportliche Aktivitäten ausgerichtet. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Gern wieder.

Very clean and nice big room!
No aircondition, so it was quite hot.
We arrived at night, and was a bit confused where to get the keys but when we found the reception in the hotel a bit further up the street we got amazing service from the guy working in the restaurant there.
They even made is food and served us perfectly although it was so late and everything else was closed.
They really made our day!
Breakfast was supernice and the staff so so friendly and serviceminded.
We only stayed one night for transit, but we will remember it!

Duschentüren voll Schimmel, Waschbecken Stopsel schlotzig und voll Haare. Neben der Couch Krümel.
Nach Rücksprache bei der Rezeption wurde die Dusche geputzt. Habe nach einem entgegenkommen Seitens des Hotels gebeten, sogar zwei Mal.
Es hieß, Sie müssen dies mit dem Chef besprechen. Es kam nichts mehr, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung 😔

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer im Konsum Gästehaus Quisisana entspricht nicht den abgeforderten Preisen. Fehlende Beleuchtung, fehlende Ablagen am Bett, Möbel wirken zusammengestückelt

Lovely stay
Lovely stay in this cosy hotel. The pool and breakfast in neighboring spa/hotel was also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated and it would be wonderful if the room came with AC or at least a fan. It can get quite hot in the summer. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.
