Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so schön,aber okay.
Das Zimmer war ganz okay und sauber. Allerdings lies der Service im Hotel und die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Der Mann am Empfang war super unfreundlich und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Angeblich gab es Probleme mit meiner Buchung des 4Bett Zimmers. Es war zu viel für ihn es zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Wir mussten alles selber machen. Damit wir überhaupt einen Platz zum Schlafen hatten, haben wir zu viert im Doppelzimmer geschlafen. Und um das zu bekommen mussten wir sehr viel diskutieren. Also das Hotel kann ich echt nicht empfehlen. Nie wieder.
Was richtig gut gelaufen ist, ist im Anschluss die Klärung zwischen Trip.com und mir.Die waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ikke prangende men okay overnatningssted.
Værelset var rent og okay stand bortset fra nogle gør-det-selv ting...
Terrassen trængte til oprydning og rengøring - og så absolut ikke ud som på billederne.
Receptionen fungerede fint og hurtigt.
Laveste pris i Oberhausen, så kan man ikke forvente mere.
