This is a great hotel still run by a family. All the staff very pleasant and so helpful. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Quiet at night but we were on the top floor. Wonderful facilities. Beautiful pool and nice spa. The hotel is welcoming to children and has a really great nursery in the basement for children. There is an early sitting for supper for kids. May I add I didn’t feel the hotel was over run with noisy children but we went in term time. Above all you can ski and ski out. The locker room is good. The most important thing to comment on as well as the staff is the food. Everything totally delicious. Great chefs. Wonderful food and food was served in the afternoon as a snack when returning from skiing. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in for skiing and if we ever ski again we will definitely return. A well run hotel. We went with a one year old and the staff were very sweet towards her and kind to me being a non skier and child carer!!

A late decision to go for a few days skiing led to our 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom superior apartment at the Alpenland. The accomodation was clean, modern, very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The staff at reception were extremely helpful pre arrival and also on the day of check in - thank you. The hotel's location is piste side with the ski room literally 10 paces from the ski slope. The only negative we encountered was the one night we ate dinner at the hotel - it was easily the poorest meal anywhere of our short stay. It was also VERY disappointing to see the hotel policy is to charge almost 6 EURO for a carafe of TAP water - nowhere else at dinner, nor lunch up the mountain did we encounter this. Consequently we didn't leave a service charge - which is of course unfair on the wait staff - but I fail to understand such a policy? Anyway, beyond that we had an excellent stay, and should we wish to stay in an apartment again when in Obergurgl , we would definitely return.

Wir hatten ein super schönes und bestens ausgestattetes Appartement mit einem tollen Blick auf die Piste. Vom Ski-Keller bis auf die Piste sind es maximal 15 Meter. Eine sehr freundliche Rezeption und ein insgesamt sehr tolles Ambiente runden den perfekten Urlaub ab. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Perfekte Lage, liegt direkt an der Piste, freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Anlage und Zimmer , gutes und vielfältiges Essen, schöner Spa Bereich, leider nur mit Saunen ohne Pool. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Wir haben eine tolle Skiwoche in Obergurgl verbracht und im Apart Agnes, welches zum Hotel Alpenland gehört, gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, gemütlich und sehr zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Skipiste ist grad ums Eck und man kann bis fast zur Haustür fahren mit den Ski. Das Check-in und -out war unkompliziert und der Kontakt zur Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ausserdem hat jeden Tag ein Zimmermädchen nach dem rechten gesehen. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben und können die Adresse nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Very peaceful - backs right onto the hillside. Helpful, friendly staff with excellent English. Walking poles available for loan free of charge. Quiet peaceful dining room. Adequate breakfast. Absolutely top class evening meals. Excellent gluten free provision.
