The tour group picked this hotel. While it was modern, there were some things that could be just a bit better. The elevators were European-sized, so barely a person and their luggage can fit it. The location is really out of the way, with no food options within walking distance that didn't trigger my Spidey senses to stay away.. I had to Uber Eats McDonald's. The lobby did have a nice Nespresso machine, and free tissue paper packs. The breakfast buffet was average - they strangely liked to assign you to certain tables and they brought out the bacon after most of us had finished. They were building a larger golf club house next door, so maybe things will improve after that opens.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone at all, book something else!
* Extra bed was broke
* Room was not cleaned and pretty dirty
* No towels
* Shower did not work
* Bedsheets not washed, smelled of cigaret smoke
* No aircondition - very hot room
* Reception not staffed
* Breakfast inadequate and not very delicious
All in all, a very poor experience and way to expensive compared to the comfort level.

Excellent séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Deux chambres doubles reliées par une porte communicante, lits très très confortables, on a super bien dormi. Chambres très propres, grandes et bien décorées, petites attentions de bienvenue, on s'est senti bien accueillis. Petit-déjeuner bien varié entre le salé et le sucré (tresse le dimanche), on a beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné (merci !), bien qu'il ne parle pas français, seul bémol que l'on pourrait trouver. Mais on a pu communiquer en allemand et tout s'est bien passé. On a pu visiter le site romain de Vindonissa à Brugg-Windisch (30 min) et le musée des transports à Lucerne (50 min). Très contents de notre week-end passé dans cet hôtel, on n'hésitera pas à y retourner si on repasse dans la région ! A recommander vivement !

Anreise um 17 Uhr, Empfang nicht immer besetzt dafür sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut, bequemes Bett. Kaffee und Mineralwasser gratis im Zimmer. Bad war sauber, mit wenigen Mankos. Das Nachtessen wie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Für ein Golfclub Restaurant teils Personal nicht so aufmerksam, meist sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war toll, das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig und im Restaurant konnten wir Abends uns von der sehr guten Qualität und dem Service überzeugen. Leider geht die Autobahn in der Nähe vorbei, so dass ein schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel für mich notwendig war.

It was another stay at the Hotel. As always, great location, cleanliness and room service at a high level. The restaurant serves great breakfast lunches and dinners. An additional attraction is the golf course right next to the hotel. I recommend !!

Super top chambre magnifique balcon calme très bonne literie machine à café bon accueil et super propre place de parc et petit déjeuner inclus en terrasse grande chambre spacieuse Hotel très calme le personnel est très poli disponible et parle beaucoup de langues et se déplace même pour montrer l accès de nuit merci pour tout

My stay at this hotel was pretty faultless . I enjoyed myself. There is an 18 hole golf course on site which if id had my clubs would have made it most excellent as the course looked very well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable due to memory foam hole in centre . The service was very good and also i couldnt have wished for a better breakfast each morning , that was most welcome
