Debo decir que en general los servicios en Alemania empeoraron en los últimos dos años. El staff era muy amable y servicial. Pero el precio y calidad está bastante mal.

We had a great stay at the Hotel. Super location on outskirts of town. Quiet. Room was very comfortable and large with separate sitting room, bathroom, bedroom and huge balcony with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Plenty of easy parking and we used the Indoor Pool. Also, secure storage for bikes. Hotel bar & restaurant is not open on Thursday and Fridays but plenty of places to eat in vicinity. Breakfast was pleasant and can be taken inside or outside on the large terrace, Lots to do in local area cycling, walking and sightseeing

Rapport qualité prix décevant En effet les parties communes sont top mais les chambres pas du tout Les meubles sont vieux et nous avons eu une salle de bain pour le moins vieillotte et spartiate Les canapés sont morts et bon à être changés ! Lors de l’arrivée on vous propose du café, thé, Apfelkuchen etc… En cherchant nous nous sommes rendus compte que tout cela était payant, donc pour le prix même pas un goûté prévu et offert !! Bref + de 250€ pour une nuit, allez voir ailleurs 🤷🏼

Hotel appena defilato dal centro della cittadina ma tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. La camera familiare molto grande e spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Molti servizi come spa e piscina, stanza giochi per bambini e bar con molti cocktail. Staff molto cordiale. Colazione abbondante incentrata sul salato. Unica pecca le camere non sono troppo “montane”.

Gute Lage, abwechslungsreiches Essen mit üppigem Frühstücksbuffet, große und ordentliche Zimmer, mehrere gemütlich eingerichtete Aufenthsltsräume, Ecke für Kinder, freundliches Personal, ... Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben noch nie ein Hotel erlebt in dem die Freundlichkeit und der Service sooo groß geschrieben wird. Es fing schon mit dem Empfang an der Rezeption an. Die junge Frau erklärte uns mit sehr viel Geduld die Modalitäten, Essenszeiten und diversen Vergünstigungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Da wir als Gruppe angereist waren wünschten wir uns einen gemeinsamen Tisch. Dieser war zwar am ersten Abend etwas sehr eng bemessen wurde aber am nächsten Tag auf unseren Wunsch hin geändert. Das Menü am Abend (wir hatten Halbpension) war ausgezeichnet: abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, perfekt arrangiert und die Produkte von guter Qualität. Danke an das Kochteam für diese Leistung! Das Servicepersonal überaus freundlich. Wir alle haben uns wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und ansprechend. Nur die Bäder sehr klein, eng und die Kopfkissen gewöhnungsbedürftig (man hätte sie aber auch austauschen lassen können…) Alles in allem ein Hotel und ein Service den man sich in anderen Häusern nur wünschen kann.

Schönes ansprechendes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Service, tolles Frühstücksbufett mit grosser Auswahl. Das abendliche 5 Gänge Menü war abwechslungsreich und sehr reichlich. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen..

Extremely nice food and big portions, on Sunday for breakfast smoked salmon and Prosecco, amazing selection of cheese, nice rooms, small but warm and clean pool and sauna, beautiful views, location 3 min from centre and by the river. Much better choice to stay there and drive to Gapa then stay in overpriced Gapa
