Definitely do not go as a family or couple. like a boys' dormitory. Don't be fooled by hotel photos. There is no water ski-slide. Seems available in hotel promotion. They have rented out the bath and sauna and are asking for a fee. They said the sauna was constantly out of order during our stay. In addition, they rent out a snack bar on the beach and ask for a fee for you to use it. Never be mistaken, there are seaside photos in the hotel promotional photos and presentation. this doesn't exist. There is a two-lane arrival and departure boulevard between the hotel and the sea. It is not by the sea. They do not clean the rooms unless you request them. Even though I paid ultra all inclusive, they charge a fee to fill the mini bar in the room. My conversation with the hotel manager and owners about all these issues turned into a serious discussion. Shameless people just said go and complain wherever you want. I also reported my complaints to the necessary authorities, including TURSAB. I have nothing to say about sky skyner and trip.com, they really had serious benefits in terms of price. Normally I should have paid 23,800.00 TL for this hotel, but I paid 14,800.00 TL. But I believe that these sites do not know that this hotel is like this. I will continue to book from these sites. We came here for a cheap hotel in an adult only hotel.Our room was small but adequate with good air con and great shower. The food was varied and of good quality on the whole. The hotel was nice,clean and tidy. Staff very impersonal to be honest..night entertainment very limited..snacks and ice cream are excellent .There is a ɓeach over the road and the guys are very helpful in getting you a sunbed which are free as is the drinks for the hotel customers. Alot of the beds are ɓroken so they need to address this. Even in October the sea was lovely and warm unlike the freezing cold pool which took your breath away!! Always able to get a sunbed though

Отель понравился, номера, территория, шведский стол- выше всех похвал.Жили в 309 номере, горничная очень отзывчивая, работник на пляже и официантки в ресторане улыбчивые и искренние, чего не согу сказать о барменах внизу в баре и портье, такое чувство, что мы им всем должны, хотя чаевые брали охотно.Записались на аля карт ресторан, турецкой кухни, за 10 дней,т.к. были более 7 ночей, пришли, а про нас забыли, видно что- то напутали, но даже не извинились, а принесли какие- то остатки со шведского стола, притом и бокалы и тарелки были грязными, естественно мы это есть не стали и ушли.Но последний вечер был испорчен, пришлось ужинать в городе.Поэтому уехали без сожаления, друзьям не посоветую данный отель.
