I would say it is a value for money hotel, but at least the cleanliness and facilities are not suitable for an all-inclusive hotel.

We had been there before but it was in a terrible state, the staff was inadequate, we had stomach problems during the holiday when we came home and we are still trying to get better, the food was terrible, we ate outside most of the time, we could only eat cakes and donuts, the drinks were terrible, even the colas were non-acidic, they cut down on everything everywhere, the pool was covered in seaweed, I couldn't see my favorite, it is impossible to understand what the manager does, but it could be an alternative for the weakest Russian customers, in short, for me that hotel is finished.

Tatilimizden ***et memnun kaldık. Otelin yerleşimi çok güzel. Az bir fark ödeyip deniz gören odalardan almak iyi oldu. Otoyol altından geçitle ulaşılan özel plajı var. Havuzu çok güzel ve temiz. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Odadaki dolaplar geniş ve kullanışlı. Küçük bir buzdolabı var. Otelin yemekleri güzel, çeşit bol. Hergün bir ızgara çeşidi vardı, tavuk, balık, kirmizi et gibi. Salata çeşidi bol ve taze. Sebze yemekleri var, güzel yapıyorlar. Hergün taze meyve var. Tatlılar ve soğuk mezeler hep aynı çeşit, çok başarılı değil. Çalışanlar ilgili. Huzurlu ve eğlenceli bir ortamı var. Bir puanı odayla ilgili bazı eksikliklerden kırdım, duşakabinin bir kapısı kırık, telefon çalışmıyor, televizyonda kanal çekmiyor vb. Genel olarak oteli tavsiye ederim. Başka bir tatilde tekrar gelmeyi de düşünüyoruz.

Personnels de restauration irrespectueux, restaurants sale , très peu de choix et dégoûtants ( jamais vu une cuisine turc de ce genre ) ça ne représente pas la Turquie du tout , personnels restreints nous répondant que c’est la fin de saison et qu’il n’y a plus de stock alimentaire, fallait venir juillet / août , le carrelage de la piscine est cassés, fissuré, des trous au sol ( faire attention sinon vous passerez votre séjour à l’hôpital) , peu de parasols et transat ou cassés, salle de fitness sale laissée à l’abandon , ménage des chambres pas faits , pas d’entretien général de l’hôtel ,traces d’excréments sèches sur les murs des sanitaires qui datent, la réception nous ont même dit que l’hôtel sera bientôt rasé , pas d’investissement de la part de son propriétaire, pas d’animation , Pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres sur plusieurs jours ( la réception nous a répondu avec humour qu’il faisait bon , pas besoin d’eau chaude ) la porte d’armoire des chambres dégondés , on la pris plusieurs fois sur la tête Bref nous ne sommes pas des personnes à se plaindre facilement mais là franchement, du jamais vu , tout le monde se plaignait, des vacanciers qui ont tirés la tronche durant tout notre séjour comme le personnel de cet hôtel Nous avons mangé souvent à l’extérieur faisant exploser notre budget mais nous n’avions pas eu le choix

Hôtel sale , porte de réception HS , restaurant repas très peu de choix et pas bons , pas de transat ni parasol à la plage ou très peu et cassés, personnels du restaurant irrespectueux, pas de bonjour, aucun sourire, préoccupés sur leur portable, pas d’eau chaude sur plusieurs jours , ménage des chambres pas fait , carrelage et sol au niveau de la piscine cassés et des trous dans les sols ( il n’y a pas mieux pour faire un séjour à l’hôpital pendant vos vacances) Seul réponse du personnel, il fallait venir juillet août, il n’y a plus de stock alimentaire, plus de personnel ( restreints) et apparemment l’hôtel serait sur le point d’être rasé donc pas d’investissement

Check-In Issues and Room Problems Upon arrival at the hotel, we faced immediate check-in issues. The room initially assigned to us had malfunctioning door and we had to be relocated to another room which the lights didn't work. This was just the beginning of a series of unfortunate events during our stay. Dining Disappointments The dining experience was below expectations. The food was flavorless, resembling cardboard, with a noticeable lack of variety. Even basic breakfast items like cereal were available without bowls or milk. After voicing our dissatisfaction, the hotel offered chips and chicken nuggets for breakfast, which was far from a satisfactory solution. Additionally, I experienced several days of diarrhea after consuming the hotel's food, which resolved once I began dining elsewhere. Limited Amenities and Services The hotel amenities were severely lacking. The pool bar and snack bar were closed, and there was an absence of ice cream and diverse drink options. Furthermore, glassware was replaced with plastic cups, which diminished the experience. It felt as though the hotel was gradually shutting down. Tables and chairs were removed, giving the impression that they were eager for guests to leave. WiFi and Entertainment Shortcomings The WiFi service, which we had paid for, stopped working, and despite being told it was a technical issue, the router was visibly unplugged. The children’s club was not operating, and there were no evening entertainment or daytime activities available. The pool slides were not functional due to technical and staffing issues, and there was no seating around the pool for guests to use. Unresponsive Management Despite numerous complaints to the hotel manager, there was no resolution to any of the issues. In the last two days of our stay, even fewer facilities were available, and the WiFi service was completely turned off, despite having paid for it. Overall, the experience was far from what was expected, with a significant decline in services and amenities that one would anticipate from a hotel stay. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations for a more enjoyable and fulfilling holiday experience.

A fuir.... Hôtel merdique, personnel désagréable...sale, pas beaucoup de choix en nourriture, pas de vin, où à la tête du client... Il faut pleurer pour avoir un truc... Pas assez de transat sur plage, pas de snack, pas de ballon pour le beach volley, parasol cassé... Ménage des chambres pas fait correctement... Enfin une organisation de me.... À fuir. On était pourtant un groupe de 17. Pas de bonjour.... Pas de sourire. C'est l'hôtel le plus pourri que j'ai fait... De toute manière, ils ne sont pas vraiment turcs... Voilà, ne perdez pas votre temps.
