Nous sommes arrivés aucun accueil.(pas de belboy ) de meme pour la sortie. Chambre très petite Pas de nettoyage Pas de toboggan comme sur les photos ou vidéo. pas de sécurité à la plage L’eau distribuer n’est pas bonne ( mauvaise odeur) Dit all exclusive mais non café turc et cocktail payant. Plage dit privé appartenant à l’hôtel pas du tout ils font la location aux citoyens hors hôtel au prix de 2 euros . Plage vraiment très sale pas grand choix de nourriture nous avons manger dehors. Non 5 mais 2 étoile très déçu !.

Polecam ten hotel, pierwszy raz w Turcji ale nie zawiodłam się..Czyściutko, obsługa już na samo wejście przemiła i pomocna. Jedyny mankament to opłata za lody dla dzieci i dodatkowe drinki. Poza tym nie ma zjeżdzalni przedstawionej na zdjęciach. Polecam. Daję mocne 4*

Плюсы: удачное расположение отеля. Хорошие номера (стандарт). В целом вкусное питание. Чизкейк на ужин, вкусная рыба каждый день, разообразие фруктов. Неплохие гамбургеры после обеда. Самый большой минус - отсутствие зернового кофе. Самый невкусный кофе в Турции. За 6 поездку на пляжный отдых - такое впервые! Кухонная команда хорошая и улыбчивая. Минусы: Так как пляж городской, то много местных. За небольшую плату они, в том числе арендуют лежаки от отеля (лежаков хватает всем) и оставляют за собой мусор. Очень много сигаретных бычков на пляже. Мы купались с пирса, читала, что в прошлом году местных гоняли с пирса, но не в этот раз (июль). Не очень приятно, когда тебе чуть ли не на голову прыгают местные ребятишки и ты не можешь спуститься поплавать с пирса. В среду рыбный день. Тунец на гриле - прекрвсен, а вот креветки, раки, морской коктейль - просто отвратительны. Не знала, что так можно простите, переговнячить, морепродукты. В субботу - турецкая ночь. В конце выносят огромный торт-мороженое. Около 22.00 вечера девушка очень красиво танцует танец живота! Отелю первоначально хотела поставить тверую 4, но перед отьездом на ужин подали тухлую курицу, когда зашли в ресторан почувствовали неприятный запах. Впервые встречаем такое безобразие в турецком отеле. Когда смотрели сайт отеля, присутсвует аквагорка, на самом деле - она отсутсвует! Покупали тур дорого, еще в январе, как 5 звездочек, а когда перед отлетом получили доки было неприятным сюрпризом, что отель стал 4 звезды! От отеля мы ожидали большего. Очень большущая, красивая люстра в холле отеля, но ее ни разу не включали, впрочем как и кондиционеры в холле (кондишка только на ресепшн), бар в холле присутствует, но не работает! Режим строжайшей экономии видать! От отеля остались смешанные чувства, если тур недорогой, то можно расмотреть этот вариант!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die Aktivitäten die vom Hotel aus organisiert werden. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber zentral. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage, Die Sauberkeit, Das Essen, Das Personal vom hotel ist mega es lohnt sich jedes jahr dorthin zu gehen wer dies nicht tut in Alanya selber schuld. Und vorallem perfekt für jugendliche

Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn du Wert auf die Lage, Sauberkeit und gute Unterhaltung legst – insbesondere für ein preiswertes All‑Inclusive-Erlebnis. Ich war letztes Jahr auch hier und war mega zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und respektvoll. Dieses Hotel kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen.

Great stay with my daughters We stayed at White Gold Hotel & Spa for two weeks with my two daughters and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and polite, the room was cleaned daily, and the food was delicious with lots of choice. Special thanks to the pizza chef and grill chefs! The entertainment by the pool was great too. The only downside was having to pay for the safe and ice cream, which is free in many other hotels. But these small things didn’t spoil our amazing holiday — we’d love to come back! Ylle from Estonia
