Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern die sich sehr bemühen alle Wünsche seiner Gäste zu erfüllen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch die Auswahl war super. Immer frische Salate und Obst . Am Buffet war auch für jeden was dabei. Die Kellner und vor allem die Barkeeper waren super nett und immer bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen vorallem Yusuf Oruc war sehr nett zu uns und hat uns immer gut mit Drinks versorgt. Im nächsten Urlaub jederzeit wieder!

Отель Acar оставил прекрасные воспоминания! Я была второй раз в Турции, в Аланьи первый раз и скажу,что нам очень повезло с отелем и его управляющим Османом🙏 очень ему благодарны! Мебель новая,номера удобные, всё продумано,душевая,балкон,вид был на горы, кондиционер,телевизор,чайник, постельное белье,одеяло, полотенца и всё что нужно! Уборка ежедневно,чай,кофе,воду оставляют бесплатно при уборке. Не ожидала,что будут так хорошо кормить! Еда разнообразная! Может подойти всем- и кто есть мясо,либо только курицу,либо вегетарианец,либо на правильном питании... Разнообразные овощи,гарниры,мясные блюда сразу несколько разных,фрукты,много вкусных сладостей! Чай,кофе,соки бесплатно! Оценила турецкий чай 👍 огонь! Бассейн и для взрослых и для детей, жезлонги,столики рядом с бассейном,там же пиво,вино бесплатно,правда это не пригодилось,но чая напилась👍 на море шезлонги и зонтики бесплатно! Места всегда есть! Наше место пляжа 34, рядом с кафе на пляже, пешком минут 5-7 из отеля до пляжа. В отеле персонал вежливый, всегда помогут,объяснят. Некоторые из них не знают русский и английский -общались по переводчику,но в основном можно на английском. Когда посещаем ресторан в отеле /там завтрак, обед и ужин/ всё чисто, обслуживание на твердую 5!!! Тарелки сразу уносят,убирают быстро и не видела ни разу грязные столы и не убранную посуду! Благодарю за этот прекрасный отдых!!! Обязательно вернусь сюда!!! И советую взять мопед и прокатиться к пляжу Клеопатры,в горы, в торговые центры... В общем приятного отдыха!!!

Mogę polecić ten hotel, dobra lokalizacja . Blisko plaża, butiki, restauracje. Jedzenie smaczne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, napoje, piwo ,alkohol słaby. Basen troszkę mały ale każdy znalazł dla siebie miejsce i nie ma co narzekać. Dla dzieci wieczorne animacje. Dla dorosłych pokazy a jak ma się ochotę, to można potańczyć bo muzyka gra😀.Pokoje super, czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa bardzo miła i polecam masaże, rewelacja i profesjonalizm. Najważniejsze to dobra pogoda i towarzystwo.

We arrived at the hotel at 6 o’ clock in the morning, we were exhausted but the reception did not care about it at all, they said that we need to wait till 14pm because that is the check in time. Several people were checking out between 7:00- 10:00 but they still didn’t gave us the room. Later, when we got to our room we noticed that the balcony door was broken, it didn’t shut so all the warmness from outside came in, bathroom was terrible - dirty and shower was broken, we needed to hold the showerhead during taking shower because showerhead holder was broken.. there were long black hair everywhere - in the bathroom and even in our bed, the safe was broken we couldn’t use it. Very strange thing about this hotel - they do not know what is a duvet and duvet cover. You need to sleep with a sheet and if you get cold they will give you a thin woolen blanket without a blanket cover.. Very disappointed in everything - especially in staff - they don’t really care how you feel while visiting their hotel. Never visiting again.

We had a great stay at the hotel and would like to give a special thank you to two team members who stood out. Edi from the wellness team was exceptionally kind and supportive. He always took time for us and truly cared. One moment that meant a lot was when he helped me buy a swimsuit to make sure everything went smoothly. His thoughtful and genuine approach really made a difference. We also want to thank Eve from the animation team. She brought a lot of warmth and positive energy to the hotel. Her presence made us feel welcomed and valued, not just entertained. Thanks to Edi and Eve for making our stay even more memorable!

Ik ben twee weken in dit hotel geweest en kan alleen maar heel erg positief zijn. Personeel is top, vooral de entertainmentman Ken is geweldig en mede dankzij hem een pracht vakantie gehad. Het eten was verrukkelijk en kwamen niets tekort. De kamers zijn netjes en werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en groot genoeg voor twee man. Had persoonlijk één klein minpuntje en dat was het bed, ik ben zelf een zacht bed gewend en dit bed was net te hard voor mij.

1x nooit meer Personeel sptgeen Frans,duits,Engels Zwembad lwas dringend aan vervanging toe. Eten was enkel op Turken gerekend Er was geen rand animatie voor kinderen. Het strand was geen 5 minuten maar50 minuten wandelen. Echt beschamend
