“Reservé con la confianza de que Grupo Habita ofrecía un trato humano y profesional, pero lo que viví incluso antes de llegar fue lo opuesto. Ante una emergencia personal intenté cancelar 30 horas antes. No existían políticas de cancelación claras ni en la web ni en mi correo, y tras tres promesas de llamada por parte del personal, nunca recibí apoyo alguno. Para rematar la chica de recepción es despota. Lamentablemente, no se trata de un hotel boutique con atención personalizada, sino de una fachada sin ética de hospitalidad.”

👎🏼👎🏼⛔️🫤 Decepcionante. No vale lo que cuesta. Tenía altas expectativas por el diseño del lugar, pero la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. Aquí los puntos principales: 1. Habitaciones pequeñas y mal cuidadas: Sin ventilación adecuada, vidrios sucios, camas muy incómodas. 2. Falta de comunicación: No avisaron que habría fumigación ni reparaciones. La terraza estuvo cerrada durante nuestra estancia. 3. Comida muy básica: Nada destacable. 4. Olor desagradable: Tal vez por la fumigación, pero el ambiente era sofocante, literal se cierra la garganta. 5. Zonas peligrosas: Las escaleras hacia el cenote artificial no son seguras, y la iluminación en general es malísima. ✔️ Lo rescatable: • El diseño del hotel es bonito, definitivamente “instagrameable”, pero no se acompaña de comodidad. • El personal es lo mejor del lugar, muy amable y servicial. 👉🏼 Si valoras más la estética que la comodidad, podría gustarte. Pero por el precio, sinceramente esperaba mucho más.

Amoooo Me encanto el servicio, me encanto la comida, increible personal me senti como en casa. El lugar esta muy rico la terraza con una vista increible! Disfrute mucho los hot cakes y la seleccion de cocteles. Definitivamente regresaria! Gracias a todo el equipo!

Down a little alleyway lies this culinary oasis. Service from the maître d' was deliciously good and the food the chef delivered was of incredibly good quality. We had a special time here. NB. Don't rush the chef, he/she needs time and space to be this good. Excellent - and best wishes all.

Je vis à Oaxaca depuis 5 mois et j avais vraiment envie de tester ce lieu. La réservation un peu laborieuse à vitre était prise en main par Nancy …polie, efficace et souriante …un bonheur La chambre 15 est petite mais pour moi seul c est très bien , une mauvaise odeur à l arrivée mais vite dissipée , merci again Nancy ! La piscine du rooftop est agréable mais attention les blocs de bois sont super glissants , la vue est magnifique Le cenote et le spa sont un pur moment de bien-être à faire à tout prix !! Le gros point négatif c est le petit déjeuner !! Je comprends même pas , des cakes congelés , du pain industriel , pas de choix on se croirait dans un hôtel d autoroute , sérieusement et alors la boisson chaude à régler en supplément …je ne comprends toujours pas , il y a un autre propriétaire pour le restaurant qui facture au propriétaire de l hôtel ??? S il vous plaît régler ça au plus vite Merci à l équipe ils sont tous top ; Nancy , jay et le serveur trop fun du restaurant !!!

Trying to be very stylish with some success. The biggest suites are totally impractical. The staff tries very hard and the breakfast that you buy is excellent. The air conditioning and hot water can disappoint. Look at the interior architecture closely…is it really for you?
