Los trabajadores excelente servicio. La limpieza del lugar podría mejorar. No lo recomiendo si buscan un lugar tranquilo para dormir, ya que hay bares que tienen el volumen de la música muy alto y no permiten descansar.

Can't Recommend, sorry.
To tell the truth we left after 5 minutes. We booked the private room online, and as soon as we arrived and saw the room we left. The room had AC, but the window did not open. The room was dusty and stuffy. It did have a window that opened into the lobby (totally weird lack of privacy). I know this is a hostel, but that doesn't mean it can't be clean and have a window for fresh air. Other travellers might have a better experience.

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort und hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten für mich. Leider hatte es kein Fenster und gleich hinter der Reception.

They scam in that place to secure a reservation they ask for a prior bank transfer and it results in a scam. The phone number that appears on Google does not respond on behalf of the hotel, the person does not even want to give you his name and they ended up being scammed with a deposit that was made to "reserve". They also do not recognize reservations through **********, which was where I wanted to reserve the hotel.

This was one of the best accommodations I stayed in Mexico. Great service, staff are lovely, they were helpful with providing tour info & bookings, arranging transportation, info about the general services i.e. local dry cleaning & eateries. The rooms and common areas are cleaned and tidied everyday. Breakfast cooked infront of you every morning and it’s free! My fav was the outdoor areas - gorgeous rooftop garden and courtyard by the kitchen.
