Should hot water be solar powered? It's not so hot back there. Other conditions: The price is pretty good. You can dry clothes upstairs which is nice. The second floor is closer to the road and it should be noisier.

Su fuerte es la buena ubicación
El lugar es justo con relación al precio (Comprado con anticipación) pero su ubicación es escencialemnte conveniente, está cerca de todo e incluso para moverse en taxi a distintos lugares no es caro, además la atención del mostrador es muy buena, te facilitan cosas como llamar a taxis, direcciones, ayuda para medicinas que necesitan refrigeración etc.
