The decoration of the room is a bit old. The main road is outside and it is a bit noisy at night. The hotel has a restaurant, but there is no buffet breakfast. You need to order a la carte and pay separately. The taste is okay.

Hotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their "filtered" water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus.
The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours.
The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open.
Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold.
I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Perfect place! We will certainly stay here again. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, parking was easy and always available! The front desk staff was courteous, as well as the bell men. We didn't get to try the restaurant because the location was so close to everything we just walked about 10-15 to the center or a little bit less for the real specialty places

Este review es basado en la experiencia de una familia de 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños de 10 y 4 años ) Habitación 720 Las habitaciones limpias y amplias, dividida en dos niveles (si tiene movilidad limitada o problema con escalones tómenlo en cuenta que son 4 escalones para accesar a la parte donde está el “sofá cama” y el escritorio. Cama king muy suave pero solo dos almohadas Incluye amenidades (shampoo, crema y jabón) Blancos en buen estado PERO INSUFICIENTES!, Solo 2 toallas para 4 huéspedes No hay tapete en el baño y el piso es sumamente resbaloso El sofá cama es un sillón que se extiende (digamos un Futon ) duro y sucio , muy evidente que estaba sucio Tienes que solicitar que te lo haga. El teléfono de la habitación no funciona y hay que bajar en el elevador LENTO a solicitar cualquier extra ejemplo: Toallas, que nos hicieran el Sofá cama. Ojo revisen bien sus reservas con lo que incluye (ejemplo DESAYUNOS) los desayunos son buenos pero la opción que incluye está limitada (lean la letra chiquita). NO está cerca del centro si viajan con niños pequeños tomelo en cuenta . Estacionamiento en sitio SÚPER limitado . Personal mal encarado, poco servicial, únicamente se salva el botones . Meseros , recepcionistas y camaristas de muy mala gana y de muy mal Genio.. Alberca súper sucia . Muchos moscos? Traigan repelente y raid
