We had an excellent stay. The service was phenomenal, the breakfast was particularly delicious, and the room was both comfortable and beautiful. The private outdoor patio was such a lovely added bonus and we enjoyed hanging out there daily both in the mornings and in the evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My daughter and I loved our stay and Casa Carmen. This was our second time at a Casa Carmen property in Oaxaca. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the decor is beautiful. The location is so convenient. I 100% recommend this lovely property!

Best vibes of Oaxaca City Great location, comfy room (incl. bed and bathroom), amazing design, fantastic crew and super nice breakfast. The staff is super lovely and helps with anything. We loved everything — stayed in room “Amador”. Absolutely recommended!

Felt like home. Had a great experience there. The breakfast service was so convenient and the service of the staff was great as well. We did a spontaneous mezcal tour and a local cooking class, both organised by the hotel. They spoke really good englisch as well.

While being rather small and somewhat sparse, we loved our unit's contemporary vibe. Closet space and bathroom are more than generous. The patio is huge and totally private. The bed was very comfortable - not too hard as commonly found in Mexico. Location is a solid compromise - within 15 minute walk to the Zocalo and even closer to the good restos, museums, galleries and shops. Yet, not really in the middle of everything and therefore somewhat calmer and quieter. Although, noise from fireworks and musicians reverberate throughout Centro every night. Best of all, Gustavo and his team made sure we were comfortable. They cheerfully helped us with our airport transfers and guide services. We look forward to returning soon.

Casa Carmen it’s beautiful boutique hotel. I will stay was very pleasant. The room was beautifully appointed with a stunning child bathroom. We very much enjoyed the terrace with the bathtub outside. Staff was always very attentive to our needs and request. The location is perfect. It is very easy to get to the center and solo. It is also very close to the fun and lively neighborhood with small shops and restaurants.

Such a cute hotel! Great location and excellent service. Rooms are massive and the terrace is a nice touch. Loved the free breakfast every morning and it was amazing to eat it on the terrace in the fresh air. Beds were comfy too and loved the robes and slippers. Would stay again!
